I have heard, people trended for Both hadi in khaani and Adeel in gul e rana that how both should have been forgiven by their heroines . People bashed Khaani left right center for being harsh on hadi when hadi murdered Khaani's real brother. People were sympathising with both Hadi and Adeel.

I guess I will be arguing my whole life with ZGH critics that Zaroon was nowhere near perfect, but he wasn't anti woman or misogynist. He wasn't as much problematic people are trying to make him out. He was a chauvinist though. Thinking that women should behave a certain way or categorising women are chauvinist and somewhat misogynist. It's fine if he has an ideal but getting engaged to a girl he knows everything about and then wanted her to be like how he wants her to be like is unacceptable. He knew exactly how his best friend was like and how her life style was. He could have simply not get engaged to her. He flirts around with women but wants the type of girl that never talks to guys or never been proposed before.

I dont remember much of Zaroon to be honest as it is been long i had watched that drama. And i only rewatch those dramas which are on YT. Sadly ZGH is not there. When i watched it , i found Zaroon fine but then i was not that mature to understand character's depth. It was all entertainment on superficial level then 😆 But i am sure, no one can be worse than Adeel of Gul e rana 😆
