Harsh, for all his faults, loves Abhi. If he knows Aarohi’s mistake could have hurt Abhi’s career and reputation he would never bring her back.

If Harsh returns, you can be sure Akshara will be blamed for Abhi’s hand.

Akshra is definitely getting all the blame, he will infact try to guilt trip her as well, term as as inauspicious for Birla family.

If he thinks as father he should definitely not get her back however he loves his hospotal and arohi more
