Was here to say the same thing. They could have CGIed her tummy/Hide it behind props like they did with Scar Jo or Julie Bowen.

Probably trying to distance it from Cirkus. Confidence can't be particularly high in Ranveer right now. Also helps space out Alia's schedule by putting it in the middle of the year.
