Ar shouts on ak saying you are faking to your hubby and world that you are talented with time pass goal. Breaking is easy but making is difficult. You spoiled my whole career with your hands and showing concern on me. Take this kachra to burn it as your dreams are half.
Ak takes her singing records does pranam and Ar throws her away from that room. Goenkas all come near the room and are shocked to see her. Ak goes quietly crying from there. Manish says what did Ar say that Ak is hurt and crying. Kv says i told ak not to go near Ar as she is angry. Mimi says Ar always hurts ak.
All nikamma Goenkas standing and watching drama but none has guts to make the Dayan understand what she is doing. These many years Ar is doing the same and all are watching drama same way.
Any Profession is a profession we should not insult others . That's what they try to show Ar next by making Ak a professional singer along with therapist treating patients.
Swarna calls London wala doctor to come home to see Ar. Manish says Ar mood is bad and shouted on Ak. Swarna says kv is angry on Ar. Manish says when did their fights stop. You talk to Ar what she wants.
Let that London boy come and reject Ar on face. Goenkas are stupids without understanding what the kids want they do all nonsense. They did during Ak sacrifice love of abhi and agreed for Ar shadi with abhi..later failed to understand Abhiras love after their confession. Again understanding Ar who is a nagin roaming with free pass at home all around damaging Ak from childhood. Now another blunder too will kick Goenkas from Ar shouting on all and vomiting her venom from years.
TAUJI and ABHI

Abhi goes near OT watches tauji doing surgery. His first love and passion for surgery ,he is unable to go ahead due to his hand pain is clearly portrayed by HC.
Tauji understands his pain .Abhi holds his rudraksh for strength to heal him. Rohan gets a patient who came to abhi for his surgery as he heard his name. He requested abhi to do his surgery even if it's late scheduled. Abhi says Anand is a senior surgeon and he will help him . Anand comes says Abhi is going for a big conference.
Patient says i can wait for you and i want you only. Abhi is worried and goes signs papers holds his hand in pain. He hopes in a week he will be healed. Anand says you have a big name. And along with growth that Insecurities if falling will be there. So we can't tell it out .
Hospital fire drama and Ar injection case and if your truth is out its for hospital reputation.
Abhi says i will be normal soon. Anand assures him that he will be healed soon. He advises Abhi to share it to Ak. We may feel we are strong and won't share to partners. If we share the pain we feel light. Ak is understanding she will help you. If she gets truth from outside she will feel bad. In this profession we can't hide anything. So we need to follow in life.
Abhi thinks I need to tell Ak truth orelse she will feel bad. Abhi gives papers to sign. Anand says it's all Harsh work and i used to sign. Abhi says after SIR you are under pressure. He says i am feeling useless without work. So tell me something. Anand says you take care of physical and mental health. Anand gets a message and tells abhi to sign a recommendation letter for Harsh to work somewhere else.
Abhi feels life is testing him. He wants akshu near him as he wants her badly and share his pain.
Abhi as committe member has taken decision of termination of Ar and other members agreed for that.
Today too he started signing papers of hospital though not interested.
Tauji made him give a recommendation letter to Harsh for his next job outside.
Slowly till his hand is in healing mode, Abhi unknowingly taking decisions of hospital as Interim CEO replacing Harsh. Tauji will encourage him for that so that he can't be sitting idle or useless as abhi thought.
So a temporary setup is done for that with tauji and abhi as team .Tauji is a always a guru to abhi who taught him medicine and a role model in his career as surgeon. Harsh being father can't reach Abhi anytime but Tauji holds Abhi as his favourite bacha and guiding him when he is low in his career life.
The crack on tile shown on Abhis side outside the entrance of Birla house when they enter in gruhapravesh is clearly coming this way showing the affected career of abhi with his hand injury. But abhira are holding hand in hand in that . So both will be passing that with their support and strength to each other.
AK and SINGING

Ak when shown as baby for her annaprashan she took musical instrument on her own. During Ar annaprashan Ar took a book showing she will be good at studies and Akshu was taking musical instrument again. When 12 yr old Akshu is shown sirat gave her Guitar as gift. By then akshu is shown as a girl interested in music and singing.
This is same like original old Akshara who had passion for singing and slowly after marriage she continued it with her family's acceptance. when 22 yr old Ak is introduced she is a singer , guitarist and interested in serving patients in charity institutions through her music therapy. Ak has thought till now to use her voice and singing for healing and helping poor and didn't prefer the choice of hospitals anytime .
She was never shown as ambitious or competition spree girl to prove others. It's her satisfaction always which motivates her to help someone with her talent as said by her. That's her contentment in life and abhi has never forced anything except her choice of working and not to bend to anyone's wishes.
A singer can be in any forms helping the society in different ways . Ak is established slowly for that to prove her professional singing too next with the help of Abhis support .
Very soon Ak will form a band with the suffocated souls Parth, manjari and kv , neil, vansh will be helping them in setting their stage performance. Parth too is waiting for a chance and manjari left Harsh so she is free to do what she wants against his restrictions of singing infront of all .There by all jobless and taunted will get their space and place to prove their talent. Precap all Tuntuna band gang together without nagins or high career oriented people. This track explores all characters to establish their careers. Neil too will make his place soon in hospital with his hardwork .
Ar has mocked her very badly regarding the profession and talent of Ak. It's same like how mahima Harsh challenged Ak after her shadi that she proved herself as deserving music therapist in Birla hospital without Abhis interference or favours. Same way now Ak will prove her talent to the world and give jhatka to those who feel she is undeserving and aimless.
Ak went to sing for a patient in charity hospital and a person who is in music competition has seen her. He is like trustee Bijoria who immediately saw her talent, praised her singing He asks is she singing on stage along with music therapy. Is she having ambitions of becoming a singer .
Ak remembered ar mocking her for not having ambitions. He says you need to take a big platform for your singing You can do this work anytime .He says i am not an agent i am genuinely impressed with your singing . He advised her immediately to join the India's Magical voice auditions going on in Udaipur. He says you have something in you and you are born to become star.
Ak thinks do I have anything. I get panic attacks on stage i am scared. Then she thinks if i get panic attack Abhi is there to hold me.
Ak is less confident on her talent . Though Abhi always pushes her to make her career in singing she sees her comfort level and choses her choices. Now with Ar knock on her talent and Abhis encouragement and strength Ak will make her career in singing.
Precap...Abhira want to share their problems to each other. They all celebrate her first level of success in audition and cut cake together.
Abhis hand pain is still not known to ak. Ak audition and next will be shared to abhi and he keeps quiet not to disturb her happiness or give her tension.
Pragati Mehra's absence , HC leg injury and Amis birth day are all used this way in fillers to raise Ar and built-up towards Ak singing career which is due from long.
MANJARI AK

Manjari makes lauki ka halwa and says Harsh didn't like that smell so never let me make it. And now I want to have what i like forget past.
Manjari removed her mangalsutra. She is prioritizing what she wants against Pacifying what Harsh wants. This started with sabudana kheer of Ak. Slowly ak made her prioritise herself that way.
She sees ak coming sadly and crying. Manjari understood that Ar might have scolded Ak so she is feeling bad. Manjari hugs ak and later gives sukoon by singing a song Jaha sason ne bhaad lagayi nahi. Ak remembered Ar dialogues of saying her as undeserving candidate. Manjari says Ar might have felt bad . I have seen didi and abhi do lot of hard work to get to that stage. Ak cries but can't say.
Manjari understood Ak properly and giving her strength by holding her when she is in pain.
Manjari won't back out from her divorce as she already removed mangalsutra and doing what she wants from eating stuff she started prioritise herself against Harsh. Very soon her passion for singing too joins along with Ak ambitions there by making her name and fame on her own.
Manjari is giving mom's love to Akshu which she is missing from long. Their bond is pure.
ABHIRA

Abhis call comes and manju goes to get tea. Ak removes tears and fakes to be happy. Abhi asks did Ar say something. Ak says she is my sister so i dont care anything. Abhi says as she is upset she made you upset. Ak asks abhi is there any surgery that you went to hospital. Abhi says no and asks her to come soon as he is missing her. Ak thinks how can i say what Ar told today. Abhi thinks how can I tell you my problem.
Abhi is yearning for Ak to be with him as he is in pain wants to share his pain to her. The dragged truth is abhi is for emotional turmoil of Abhira next when ak knows truth. Ak will heal depression of him unable to do surgery, and his pain with her love and music therapy along with proper medication of abhi and guidance of tauji. Parths dialogues of ak gaana gaake thik karegi has to come yet.
