For yumna during inkaar she said she has no screen presence but when yumna got popular she started praising her

In Habs she insulted the parallel lead playing band saying who wants to watch her we want feroz and ushna .I mean common yaar give new people chance there she forgot that the girl playing bano is new she acts well so deserves chance.aamna had issues with her screen time

She unnecessarily bashes Danish but praises durre for that stupid portrayal. She want us to give chance to durre.

Hassan on other side just praises beautiful people even if they can't act like ayeman Saleem ,neelam Muniz, durre etc .

Except for the Hiba part i agree with you...

I think when they see a character which is not good to be played by senior actors or established actors they point it out. If I remember it correctly they pointed it out in the initial episodes when Saba Hameed's character Shah Jahan tried to commit suicide by pouring kerosene on herself or something like that. I remember Aamna said that I like the "simplicity of unprentiousness" of Mere Humsafar when Hala Hamza sweet moments started. She liked it at one point.

Neither in Pyar Ke Sadqay nor in Raaz-e-Ulfat, Yumna's character was this weak. I agree that she is biased towards Feroze. Everybody has their own biases. He is a friend to her.

I think she did not mean to demean Hania for her surgeries if she had done any. She said that to be careful while going through any sort of cosmetic procedures because it will have an impact on their performance. She mentioned about her face muscle being stiff was to explain that it was affecting her performance. And because they already mentioned it they didn't repeat themselves and after that the story focused more on other characters.

And coming to Mehwish Hayat/Mahira Khan they were not continuously doing projects. They rarely do dramas now-a-days. And big screen is different. TV screen has more close ups. It focuses more on expressions. Based on my understanding they were discussing and analysing the performances of actors. And expressions play a pivotal role in the performance. While discussing they mentioned it as a part of the analysis. They were not questioning actors for their surgeries but they were suggesting them to be careful.

@Bold,most of us viewers are not going to go in such depth about her statement as to what she was actually thinking which by the way is your assumption and kind of putting words in her mouth, while giving such kind of demeaning statement.Unfortunately she is not that big shot of a persona for many viewers to have such an in depth scrutinization as to what she thought behind her statement rather than what is actually coming out of her mouth.

Yup in the earlier stage of MH,she did call out Saba for doing this character while maintaining a proper decorum.In case of Hania while showcasing her so called disappointment she crossed her line by belittling and demeaning her. “Did she need money so bad”, “She wont give ivs because she cant defend herself”,this kind of statements fall under personal attack..And the way she was taking pride that some other actress rejected the show while Hania took it up,her tone was absolutely mocking Hania.If Hania wanted to defend taking this character up ,she could very well do so and make Amna’s mouth shut with her articulate and witty reply which Hania is very much capable of,which is actually one of the traits of Hania i absolutely love.But she does not give bhau to SH,which makes Amna bitter as to why she is not giving them ivs and buttering them🤪..Amna is the same person who was defending Sana Javed even after instances of her ugly behaviour were coming out with people who is lesser than her in work and telling she had good experience with Sana..I mean lady you are a critique obviously she is going to be good with you,it was her behaviour with those people who were not influential enough were in question and their bad experiences with her,and belittling their concern by stating your own good experience who actually hold an influential place in the Pak industry,is an applaudable thing to do..

And i absolutely loved Yumna in pyar ke sadke,if you look closely about what i said is after doing a show like PKS,she took up Raaz e Ulfat which was a crappy show and was neither helping her show her talent as an actress.Just like Amna said after doing a show like SEM,Hania took up MH..I didnt see Amna attacking Yumma with those money statement.An actor is going to take up bad script once in a while,the sole purpose of it is not going to be her “dire need” of money,but to make better connection with the channel and with the production house to get better scripts later on.Six sigma production does come up with good scripts as well,like mere pass tum ho,sinf e ahaan etc are their shows.

Atleast Hania’s acting got noticed in the show,she had atleast room to show variety in the character,she has been appreciated for her acting and that is more vital for an actor,as that would avail her to get better scripts to choose from as she is able to show her versatility through the show.

Unfortunately, I am not a psychic so I could not have possibly known the intention or thought behind why Amina said what she said. I can only look into what she thinks through her actual words. And whatever you wrote above is what you “feel” is the reason behind Amina’s rudeness NOT what she actually said. I have actually been following SH reviews since the channel launched. And I also know Amina’s track record. But unlike you, I am basing my critique of her on her past behaviour, not my own feeling.

If Amina had put it the way you have above, she would never be facing the backlash she is getting for going personal. But what she actually did end up saying Did Not in the least relate any of the above. Sorry. Not one word of it. And even if for a minute I buy your argument, that still does not justify her going personal just to prove her point. Tc.

I based my post on my observations about Aamna and also Hassan. We both have our own opinions. So, it is fine.

I get your point of view. And the reason why I am defending Aamna is because I honestly feel that she has the expertise and experience. When I listen to her reviews and her views on particular topics I am impressed by the way she explains. I am not saying that whatever Aamna says is right and I agree with her each and every point. But I like the way she gives insight about different topics.

In Pyar Ke Sadqey, Yumna's character was fun and in Raaz e Ulfat, her character was a normal one. I personally feel Raaz e Ulfat was not that bad as a show and her character was not weak. But here Sang e Mah and Mere Humsafar both are poles apart. And especially Hania's characters were completely different. It is good that she got a chance to showcase her acting skills. But there is no growth in Hala's character.

In Pyar Ke Sadqey, Mahjaeen character has a character graph but her character was intact. She did not transform completely from one person to another person. Her character showed backbone. She told Abdullah about Sarwar. In Raaz e Ulfat, Mushk character has graph. She showed the change from a college going girl who is rebellious to a girl who accepts her husband as he is. There is some sort of change in both the character. Generally when we see a normal character we want to see the character to maintain its consistency with some graph. And when we see a weak character we want to see the clear change and transition. In Yumna's shows, both the characters are not weak but in Hania's shows, Hala is a weak character and viewers expect to see the slow transition.

I mean she is definitely not in standard of sajal , yumna, ayesha

But she is better than durre and all

I find Her below saba, sajal , yumna, ayesha ,hania and kubra

But she is not that bad . She is good in pehchaan

Her accent is intolerable in humnasheen

I didnt watch pehchaan,so dont really know.I have seen her previous shows where i didnt find her promising enough.

Ushna’s acting is really good in Habs. I don’t think SH was insulting the actress who plays Bano, they were criticizing the character’s track which is fair. They dragged out her crying over not marrying her love too much.

There are times when Hasan and Amna are very critical of a drama or a character or a story or even someone’s acting. But I haven’t seen them go after anyone on a personal level.
