Ram and Pihu

When Ram met Pihu in the mall for the first time thought he fought with her but he smiled thinking about it latter in his office, he smiled after 5 years according to his friends. He felt the connection immediately.

The second time in the engagement party he was doubtful, when he saw his characters in her he had to conform twice with Sandy that she was related to Neeraj but he didn’t believe it.

The third time as hanuman he felt Priya in her her, and was conformed when she went running straight to Krrish’s open arms, he knew she was a part of Priya. But as always his j comes even before his other emotions when it comes to P so he acted impulsively.

Now he know she is Priya’s daughter, he fights with her because their fight reminds him of his past with Priya.

Ram was always starved for love for the so called family of his, he always got their attention only with some selfish intentions never in the purest form. Even his father loved him but he also layer a condition that he shout love N as his own mother and the siblings as his own, this was never his condition to Nandini when he married her, so even his father wanted him to love his 2nd wife and her children in return to his hove. But with Priya it was entirely different he never put forward conditions, she just love him without any expectations. But his love for Priya was always conditional, every time she has to prove herself to him, that is what he has learned from his childhood so he only knows that kind of love. Though he knew Priya tolerated Neeraj just for sister but still he was uncomfortable even with his presence around her, thought she clearly told him krish was just her teen age crush and confessed her love to him but still whenever krish tried to side with P his insecurities surfaced, because that is what happened to him all his life, no one (except his friends)loved only him so he was always insecure of Priya’s love for him as they where bound by a tie called husband and wife, she is obliged to love him may be she will go away when true love comes her way, and those where the exact words uttered by Priya in the jail.

Now he sees the kid who should have been a part of his dream family, yet reality is something else, so his bitterness towards the kid is more as he longs to called the father of a kid he ever dreamt of and it came true but with a twist. He has been pushing Priya al along so that she will confess the truth and assure him that it’s not a dream but it is real and he is the father of their kid ( which he knows in his heart)

Now coming to yesterday’s point, he initially avoided the kid so that he doesn’t start another fight but when he saw her pill box he couldn’t stop the parental concern in him to give it back to her. When the kid retorted he simply said story and went away, but in the car he couldn’t stop himself and spilled out his frustration, but their also he got his answers in a way she just nearly blabbered out the similarities between the father and the daughter, he saw her that side in the cafe, when he commented on Pihu being not his blood, Priya just blasted him by shutting him off. So I feel he is pushing her to confess the truth.

Pone more thing many of you are frustrated that why Priya is quite when Ram called Pihu batameez but blasted V for the same, hear their is a difference Priya knows that he his her father and is given his right on her kid to scold her, biker with her, even fight with her, which is only his. She has shown him that that right is only his and no one else con cross that that except him.

Two more points I forgot to write

1. In KM when Krish came to threaten Ram about the video, Ram said he is simply not bother if the kid doesn’t know her mother’s past, but so we’re in the corner of his heart he wanted the kid to know that him and her her mother where husband and wife.

2. In the bakery when Priya told his that she has not told her daughter about her past he was clearly annoyed and brought Krish in between to gage her expression but no response so he had to push her further by saying that she is not his blood and got a sudden response. When he said that is she not like her mom who will sacrifice anything for her mother? And also like him who will go to any extent for his step mom. He has already connected the dots but I think he want Priya to confess.

Absolutely right. You put everything in the right order. I feel the same way about Ram's behaviour towards pihu and priya.

He has connected the dots. But he will not ask directly bcz it was priya who told him it's Krish's child and he wants it to be priya who tells him pihu is actually his child.

Look, I don't subscribe to this myth serials or movies propogate about feeling any instant connection to someone you don't know just because they're related by blood. (That myth belongs in the garbage, along with the diya bujh gaya so someone will die, photo frame fell and the glass broke so bura shagun, etc.) It makes no sense. Yes, we feel connections to certain people, related or not. So I was actually relieved Ram didn't go all mushy, but unfortunately he went in the opposite direction, and too far.

Though I'm sure the cvs might give it a spin whenever they decide Pihu being shown to Ram as his daughter will have greater potential for trouble or drama.

Party and merry-go-round I just saw BTS, so not sure, but one way or another, what's come across is Ram has gone a bit ott in his new avatar to be mean to a child, whether or not she's the fruit of Priya's sinful loins.

What you say about his fighting with Pihu after he knows she's Priya's is kind of reviving his connection to Priya sounds right, but it's still troubling in an adult. I respectfully suggest he sees a shrink.

Hey, you are bang on with this analysis. It's almost like Ram knows the truth but is in denial. He cares for the kid, that's how Ram is and always was, and always will be. It comes natural to him. Would love to hear more from you, you have a gift of articulation. I myself was not able to describe their equation in words and you did it. I'm glad you're tuning in for the post-leap track. With trp rising, hopefully, the show will continue. I'll bear with all shenanigans just to see the three of them in one screen, even if it's only for a bit.

I agree with your point of view, in real life we don’t believe in all these stupid believes but this a fiction and unless they show every thing over the board expressions you really connotation feel them. Supple is not the way in a daily soap, as we ourselves have seen going over board about their night together and had run a pool about happened or not because we are so assuming that they should confess their love in an out of the box way then they should get intimate, but does that always happen in reality? No naa, it was natural and supple what they did hear in this show but we wanted OTT so now they are giving us that.

I agree with you. Ram has crossed a line where Pihu is concerned. What does a merry go round mean to him? Nothing but one round in that would have given Pihu the happiness of the world for a moment. But Ram had to snatch that away too just to prove his point. I completely understand his bitterness where kids are concerned. He dreamt of a family and wanted to be a father for a long time but when the time came, Priya made him believe she slept with another man and got pregnant with his child. Imagine how he would have felt. I agree Priya had little choice given Nandini was hell bent on revenge. But that one lie destroyed Ram in the worst way imaginable. Everyone wants Ram to see the similarities with Pihu and even though its glaring in the eye, how will he see it when the veil of hatred and betrayal clouds his vision? The day the truth comes out, I want to see how makers will depict Ram. Of course he will be mad at Priya and he should be but will he feel guilt for treating his own child so shabbily? I hope they show it.

You are right in the way you read Priya's actions, she gives the father the right to the child, but she will burn anyone else alive for the daughter.

That is the case when a parent's duty to another parent and child is performed silently, but correctly.

And Pihu will always be stronger than his father in this equation until he opens his eyes. Because this girl is raised by a woman with an iron character, a sharp mind and a big heart.
