The baby villain was out with the real intention that he doesn't love overgrown wifey, in fact, he had never loved her anytime in life, and he was married to her because he wanted to destroy Imaan bibi (looking at her appetite, he could have destroyed her with wind, but no baby villain wanted to struggle to prove himself a villain). He even said he doesn't care about wifey's baby and asked her to abort. If she didn't abort, he would run back to USA, and then she can sit in Pakistan and keep raising his baby.
