I judge for myself, mera koi specific expectations nahi hai ki yeh hona chahiye, aise storyline chahiye. I'll watch as long as it interests me and rn the show is very interesting.

So in a nut-shell, the whole problem arises from having expectations in your mind and obviously when those are not met, frustration/disappointment is bound to happen. And also the fact that many like me have come to ITV for Arylie and Aryan after IPK . There are some parallels and obviously this being a Gul show too, may be the expectation was that this would be a romantic show primarily and family drama secondarily. But as I understood now, 10 years is too long of a time and the makers are only serving what the audience want now like they did back then with IPK to sustain the trp race.
Also for me personally, I'm not much into dramas, Imlie being an exception only for Aryan. Once I've made peace with the genre of this show and started managing my expectations or lack of 😆, I've been able to watch it with a more open mind.
And TBH, I'm low key scared that the makers have the potential to make me fall Head over Heels again with the new track😆. I've painstakingly tried to detach...it's hazardous for my mental health ya😫
