Most likely they will use VFX. Even Gal shot some portions of the Wonder Woman (first part) while visibly pregnant. They used vfx to erase the belly.

I’m pretty sure airports have VIP entrance and exits that’s very private. So she would have been safe there. But she has to promote Brahmstra while heavily pregnant.
