Physical infidelity versus emotional infidelity

Is it ok for spouse to do emotional infidelity like how anupama is doing to anuj kapadia?

Is only physical infidelity considered as betrayal in law?

Or the kind of emotional atyachar being done by anupama on anuj kapadia also considered betrayal as per law?

Is it ok to go to first husband house everyday giving one or other reason and forcing 2nd husband to go there saying it mayka?

As per law mayka is mothers house cannot be 1st husband house ever.

Even society will never accept ex wife calling first husband house as mayka and going there every other day on flimsy reasons like anupama doing

If anuj kapdai had first wife and went everyday to her home giving one reason after another would anupama be ok? Or shahs? They would immediately say hes doing infidelity no. Toshu samar and bapuji would have flayed him alive if he went every other day to his first wife house even if he had kids from her. And call her parents and mom dad and her home as mayka for him.

Anupama is cheating on Anuj by claiming her ex sasural to be her Mayka. This is the same as V cheating on Anu claiming Kavya as only his colleague. Anuj is Anupama in MaAn relationship. Anupama at least got three kids from her relationship with V, but Anuj has got nothing from his relationship with Anupama. It was and still is a one sided relationship. I want Anuj ex gf to enter the show and Anuj to give her excess attention.

to fir anupama didi kapadias pe kyun bhadak gayi during housewarming? woh to unki pehli galti thi. anupama amma should forgive them and give them water to drink like how she gives water to Vanraj. why this hypocrisy?

but as per law going every day or every other day ito ex hubby house calling his home as mayka not permissible as per law

it comes in cheating category and can get divorce on that basis

do not take advantage of a human goodness anupama

Let's not forget the sole reason for divorce was EMA, she never called him abuser. For her from day one Vanraj is the best and will always be. Her words " Vanraj is not ghatiya insaan" her entire life she wants V as part of it; way more than Anuj probably, after all V is her bacho ka pita...take Maa away from Anu she has no identity left, Kinjal only worship her as maa... The classic question, if both are drowning and only one can be saved...any doubts who Anu will save... Her bacho ka pita .... reason because Anuj is self sufficient can save himself and Vanraj needs Anu balancing uff supporting him always. She brings glass of water to Vanraj and Anuj helps her sleep...it's crystal clear what both these men mean to her...

Anuj, pyaar andha hota hai, thanks for showing us this. Nothing has changed for Anu with marriage, her real home is and always will be Shah house. Anuj while I respect your love for Anu, at times I do feel you should give priority to your self respect too. Let only Anu go to Shah house, why do you follow when you don't get the respect a damad is supposed to get in mayka. Isn't it clear to you that it's was never and will never be her mauka. Anupama has zero right in Shah house from day one and nothing will ever change that.. hes going to man house who did love affair with his sister mukku and snatched his empire

i do not understand why anuj was throwing cart of bottles when vanraj was playing games?

i thought hes wild at vanraj and will break his bones for eyeing his sister

but here hes hugging vanraj and welcoming at kapadia home and falling at vanraj mom dad feet crazy stuff

Fed up of this show, am going to stop watching for a while. I was never partial to Anupama before but now she is unbearable...she can't have a single conversation without it turning into a bloody bhashan!! And this ex in laws house being her mayka is the biggest bull shit ever and the person to blame is babuji cos he started that nonsense! Am done with this crap for a while!
