Hello frnds kisko lagta hai ki Anuj signing authority Anu se leke kisi or dega.... Mujhe toh nhi lgta.... Pakhi kapadia House mein aati jaati rahegi or Anuj business ki power Ankush or Barkha ko de dega.... Isme kya logic hai.... Kisi ko samajh mein aaye toh bata dena

an 12th pass non english speaking getting 100% signing authority is joke in corporate in 2022

you have to be MBA or BE to get signing authority in a real corporate and that too 100% with min 20 plus years exp in corporate mostly

Malvika has 10 plus years corporate exp and US educated and mature like how she handled vanraj etc so hand it to her and end this signing authority drama

She will handle barkaha adhik and shahs very well and their games

no shareholder will be fine with anupama getting 100% authority she has no education no experience is naive and emotional fool no ways she can become CEO in corporate forget CEO she will not get peon post if she applies in big corporate and goes to interview

I agree with @ myviewprem. Malvika needs to come back and take over her property for good this time. She trusted her brother and loved him enough that she gave her parent’s hard earned business to her brother. But her brother is too busy playing games with their family business.

As for Anupama if she were at least trying to be involved in the family business then i feel it different as she’s at least putting effort but here Anuj is just handing everything over to Anupama.

1. Assuming this is Only Malavika and Anuj's parents' business and not erstwhile "Kapadia Industries", shouldn't Anuj-Anupama and Malavika be joint authorities. Yes, Malavika has "handed over" everything to Anuj, her travel bouts and staying away will end sometime and she will have to ground herself, then, expecting to reclaim the property or expecting the business and her to be "taken care of" would Not be fair.

2. Kapadia's (Ankush-Barkha) were taunted by Leela about "returning" to India. Well, wonder what is her opinion of Anuj "returning" to India after 26 years. Don't think anyone suspected his intentions of returning to India and "setting up" a business.

Or us it because of Anuj and Malavika that Leela suspects any Kapadia returning to India?

Haven't been able to understand what is it that they want to show anymore on the show.

1. Paritosh-Kinjal having a college love story is right but Pakhi-Adhik not?

2. The extended family is so bad that they return to India and are willing to harm Anuj-Anupama for money?

3. Every educated, practical, opinionated (especially) woman is immature, "unsanskari", immoral and scheming vamp.

4. Children have no respect for their parents or regard others more than their own (who have raised them)? Working mothers don't do justice to their families? Really? There is no Maa other than Anupama?

5. There is no regard to the opinion as long as she is a daughter-in-law of the Shah house amd only when there is an "ex" associated to her that her opinions are valued? Daughters and/or ex-bahus have a say in ALL the internal affairs of the Shah house.

problem is anuj kapadia gets emotional and does irrational decision when it comes to anupama and shahs

thats not only danger to kapdai aempire but to kapdia family basically anuj and malvika (anupama too)

how can any husband hand over 100% shares to a wife who does not know english cannot read any legal document or understand it. What if she blindly signs away kapadia empire to others or anuj and mukkus ancestral properties to others. How much hard work anuj father has done to buildf this over 70 years of his life and anuj for next 20 years(25 years onwards) and mukku for 10 years. Only person whose worked hard understands and values it not others who get on platter.

Even anuj is unfit to own kapadia empire and property 100% because he gets easily swayed by anupama and shahs. Hes very emotional attached to anupama more than his own sister Mukku or GK whom he claims as daughter and mummy too. So those emotions can lead him astray to make wrong decisions like how he handed 100% to anupama signing authority.

Hence Mukku is young in 30s mature to handle kapadia empire and properties i feel

Mukku also does mistakes like vanraj times but she has maturity to understand and correct her mistakes which anuj does not have

Because after everything vanraj did to mukku and him hes again asking Mukku to give vanraj job in kapadia empire later uring his wedding. What if vanraj abuses Mukku and snatches empire from her? Does he have maturity anuj or hes mad in anupam and shahs love to see reality and truths?

Yeah, they could have shown Anupama learning about the business, trying to understand, interact with employees and bringing her own creativity and ideas

Yes, Samar respects his mother. Sara, not really. If sue so did, she will never taunt her infront of others.

They can have different opinions from their parents. They can explain to them or put forth their opinion. Not taunt them.

Samar loves and respects his mother, yes. But Samar, sorry to say, is an indecisive person. He cannot stand up for himself or others.

true giving jobs based on relationship not qualification or ability is nepo

sole signing authority is no joke

you have to know laws and know how to read agreements and make quick decisions on spot etc

and you must understand politics of employees managers clients etc know how to handle customers and authority none of which anupama knows even 1%

shes not interested to learn englih or computters or go to college etc

shes only interested in shahs and her 3 kids nothing else matters to her

at 45 years its tough to learn new things but shes not even trying
