Title : Ominous

Set in a dystopian world where the society believes in spirits and ghosts and more than doctors, exorcists are trusted and brought to remove the evil spirit from the body which weakens a human through possesing and causing fever or a deadly disease, a young girl is called to a place via prank call. Next day, her dead body is found and there spreads a rumour that before her death she was possessed by an evil soul. A bunch of people and ML calls an exorcist to perform exorcism to slash the spirit, but while performing exorcism, the exorcist and all the people except ML present in the venue gets killed brutally by the evil spirit. Later, the evil spirit posses the ML. He goes to his house and kills his whole family and burns the house. Afterwards when more people come to know about the possessed ML they start attacking him with different types of weapon but none of them succeeds and dies brutally by his hand. Since then he is termed as "Ominous" by everyone as whoever goes near him gets killed. And the more he kills the more people attempts to murder him and this keeps going or a quite some days until he wipes half of the city. But one day ML starts getting a serious fever which turns him pale blue and once the ML turns fully sick, the evil spirit leaves his body and turns out the evil spirit is of a woman. Later the evil spirit possess SFL's body and ultimately kills the ML by recalling the incident when she was brutally raped (as a personal secretary) by the ML and how his family helped him in getting away from the heinous crime, later she also recalled how half of the citizens from the city supported ML's actions as he is a big business tycoon influences everyone in making money through easy ways. The citizens were so cruel towards FL that they killed her alive on street. The evil spirit turns out to be a 'once in a past' mentally assaulted weak spirit FL who wanted to posses a powerful body in order to get her revenge so she used ML's housemaid as her first catalyst to get into the ML's body and then slowly wiped half of the city and ML. FL's spirit from SFL's body laughs louder seeing the people, SML and ML lying dead on the streets of the city. In the end, she leaves SFL's body leaving her in a safe spot (SFL is a police officer who tried to help FL but failed infront of ML's influence) and possess another body which was of a girl child and run to another city.

The plot is awesome. Ye web pe hi suit karega.

Channa Mereya is getting intriguing each passing episode. I am impressed by the production quality, writing and acting. Aditya's family is not dysfunctional but there's only dysfunctionality between Aditya and his father as they both holds grudge towards each other, Aditya's stepmom is still a mystery as she gets very less screenspace. Rest all characters are positive. Aditya's grandfather is his biggest supporting system.

Talking out Aditya's character then he is a very angry guy who hates his father and stepmom like anything but loves the rest of his family. He is a serious character but not like how its shown in typical Gul shows, he is a very nuanced character from what i had observed till now. He aspires to become a hotelier so its not like he has everything.

In today's episode main leads had their first meet and i swear the meeting was nothing typical like i expected but very realistic and sweet.

Tbh a ban is not that easy to apply. Coz they should legally look at things that are objectionable nd then take action against them. But in cases of say ppk nd pinjara, a ban was really needed, it violates rules, obviously. But their problem is ki baaki shows ki aisi reports m bhi they just shrug it off or give mild reinforcement or 'creative liberty' k naam p excessive torture allow kar dete h nd iss karan auro ko lagta h th3y can show anything. Also, that document had written in it that the sindoor scenes nd fere scenes were wrong, but shows like bv, bv2, bb, phulwa all have those prolonged scenes. Ok, leave bv, but bb and phulwa have with real life children, they let it go there so obviously unless they get like massive massive amount of complaints they don't seriously look into it properly
