Yes and there is not even a little bit of MU about liking the other guy. I recall watching Sanjog se bani sangini and there the ML was in love with other and she would keep hanging around him but when he married the FL even though he didn't like her at all he was loyal. The FL then has her boss liking her and initially she tells him she is single as he didn't want to hire a married woman but not once she gave him any hints. Even when he would be all extra nice she would walk away or say she is not interested. This was a girl pretending to be single.

Ushna has always been nice to Romeo even when she was telling him off it was so soft. There was no firmness and why even listen to him? I am telling you she likes Romeo.
