The answers are as follows:

9. Which is heavier: 100 pounds of steel or 100 pounds of feathers? They both weigh the same - they're both 100 pounds!
10. Which non-US state is Lake Geneva in? Liquid - the state of water is liquid unless frozen

The answer to question 10 can be "Liquid" with an assumption that the Lake Geneva in question is the lake between Switzerland and France.

If you take Lake Geneva city in Wisconsin state of USA into consideration, the answer can't be a straight forward Liquid, can it? 🤔
