Malayalam film industry don't have 10% of the budget Bollywood has and still comes up with contents that Bollywood never even thought of. Malayalam industry even managed to make way better superhero movie than ra.one or Krish with 10% of the budget of those movies. An average Malayalam films budget is same as a pak movie and also have lesser population.

Having big budget don't have anything to do with coming up with good content.

Tvf don't have the budget of pak dramas and they still come up with amazing contents and don't have usual bold scenes which are shown in other Indian webseries.

No doubt KDramas chaa gayr hain. Unfortunately pak dramas Makers have in their mind that audience likes regressive stories. But that's not the case. Look at mere humsafar it's trp is dropping now.

Yeah good dramas can be made with low budget as well with good storyline and exceution
