my guess- abhi rests initially thinking his hand should be back to normal in a couple weeks. Insert akshu taking care of him and lots domestic romance ☺️. Then he realizes that his hand is taking time/his range of motion is not as expected/he is still having muscle spasms/tremors and cannot operate and accepts the CEO post while his hand is healing. But he starts getting frustrated because a) he doesn’t like the administrative duties b) harsh keeps giving him unwelcomed advice on running the hospital c) he is generally frustrated since he cannot use the skill he is so good at.. he thinks to resign from the ceo post. Neil’s name comes up next for the ceo position but everyone is still insisting that abhi keep doing it. Someone insults neil, neil indirectly blames abhi because he (neil) has always had to live in abhi’s shadows and abhi decides to leave Birla house so that people can accept neil and give him his rights.

I guess he does need an MRI.. MRI as far as I know is for muscles tissues nerves etc.. so that might be the case

Finally Ak got her dream grihapravesh although I did not understand that plate wala rasam. So glad Abhi can still lift and twirl Ak in spite of his hand.

I’m a little uncomfortable about how Harsh leaves family gatherings midway to go do God knows what.

I’m so glad Abhi has started to suspect he needs an MRI.

I have a feeling Harsh will investigate this fire accident as a way to reinstate himself as CEO of Birla Hospital. He might accuse Akshara of bringing the dhoodwala arsonist to Birla Hospital and indirectly causing the fire. Abhi’s by then may have already realized that he cannot perform surgeries. Harsh may accuse Ak of being responsible for Abhi losing his hand as well.

They will emotionally wring Abhira and us out with this track.

I think Abhi is being ignorant right now.. he is observing that there is some issue in his hand... Lack of grip, pain inspite of pain killer, etc.. and still he is driving the car, picking and twirling his wife and refusing to get an MRI done..

He won’t be the doctor he is if he ignores all signs and suspicions.
He might get an MRI done quietly.
