That's my question too. Why are thy actually trying to show ? That girls must never step out , or indulge in any kind of disagreement with the boys to attract their attention ? Better they move around in burqa in such societies but then boys fall in love with them just looking at their eyes 😆There r shows like this and they have been super successful , albeit written well with sad endings.
If this is about the boys journey and his toxic love story, it's a very sad way to start it. If he cries , turn into a vegetable , become depressed or simply sit in the Mazar like Mr. Kam3 , will he be deemed as a "hero" ? He is still a lowlife who wanted to force his will on the girl . Why should they have a happy ending ? His love his obsession his madness his depression his problem . The girl had no role to play. If she is imp, ask her wish first or try to woo her . Didn't he go to school college or was he brought up in a jungle ? Even western societies stress on the importance of consent .
I see no point of this drama , coz I don't want a love story out of it , I don't want redemption , not interested in watching a depressed hero , not Interested in his sadness at all , nor do I wanna watch his punishment . His suffering can't be more than mehaks. He went with his way , his father went with his..they want what they want . Innocent must not be punished otherwise it's not good story writing . But yes if they showed a strong heroine instead of a helpless sulking one, who fought tooth and eye for her independent existence , I'll def watch it . Why wait for God to Interfere and teach these lowlife s a lesson ?
yes, the tone of the drama makes it hard to tell what angle they are looking at it from. if they want to show an empowerment story where the girl eventually fights back, that will be great. but as of now, it is unclear if he will randomly get redeemed and be shown as misunderstood angry man who didn't know better -- if they do that, then yes, the drama makers are indeed sending a wrong message to story -- where girls are to blame for being beautiful and attracting attention... all we can do is watch and see how it turns out. fingers crossed!
