I did feel there was no message in the drama cos the girl picks the option which was terrible and I guess it showed forgiveness but she could have forgiven him and still left him.

That drama literally had two bad actresses. Both were bad at dialogue delivery and expressions. How did the director ended up casting two bad actresses in the lead like this and that too opposite two good actors.

I think the sami one looked way older than Bilal and the other girl looked good with bilal. Also the other girl had a freaking mouth. She didn't simply just stood there and took shit from Bilal or his mother.

Khuram was the one two timing with hala and her best friend and now behaves as if both the girls cheated on him

Khurram internal dialogues are so funny even his mother had had it before she kicked the bucket.

Khurram cheats on Hala and Shafaq and then gets angry when both leave him. Then gets angry at his mum coz uncle kicked them out and mother left straight away. Then feeds his mother horrible food, lies to his friend, and has zero qualities but the guy can act and he makes you want to hate him.

Hala didn’t even allowed him to hold her hand and I think they only talked but so what? Now she cries all the time it’s too much to handle. I watched one feed and hamza says even when you aren’t crying it looks like you have just finished crying - so that’s MH right now. Very very toxic.

re: shehroze & balance

have mentioned this before but a parent child relationship must evolve. when it doesn't and is stunted, you end up with issues. sadaf and sufiyan on one side, shehroze on the other. sadaf and sufiyan see their parents as personal ATMs and butlers -- the parents exist only to cater to their needs. so it is an unequal relationship where it is all "give me, give me, give me". this is why when raeesa and rafaqat ask anything of them, they throw a meltdown and say these parents are the worst.

then you have shehroze. here, you have someone who still idolizes his mom the way he did as a child. it is fine to think your mom is amzing as a child and can do no wrong. however, part of growing up is finding out your parent is flawed. as one kdrama beautifully put it, "parents simply mean they lived before you. but they are still human" . learning to accept that just as any other human, parents have pluses and minuses and may make the wrong calls and decisiosn. moving past to form mature relationships is what makes a parent-adult child relationship. if that doesn't happen, you do have problems.

look at his relationship with wahab -- he still hasn't gotten over wahab not being there for his childhood. why? well he can be as angry as a child shehroze but as an adult, it is time to keep that aside and see different issues and semanatics right? that hasn't happened. same with naima -- besides the caregiver issue, he has idolized naima to a point where she holds too much power over him. so it is difficult for him to see her as having flaws.

it will break his heart -- he still cannot accept wahab is flawed. how much more complicated it will be for him to realize that naima is also flawed.

He is just okeyish. Don't like him but he don't get on my nerves either. Have only seen two dramas of his.

Qurbaan and a hum tv drama with Iqra. Hated how qurbaan did dirty to bilal's character and i didn't like his character in that hum tv drama.

Poor khurram didn't even get to hold halaa's hand while being her bf and hamza aate hi halaa ka haath haq se pakadna shuru kardi. 🤣

Khurram's self pity is actually fun to watch and he is good looking unlike a certain someone we bare every mon-thus🤣

Thank you!! Your description makes me to see things in more depth.

He did go against his mom seeing her flawed when she was talking about Ushna being dancer's daughter and he even gave good explanation to her defending Ushna. So he does have that rational mindset but gets blinded by his mother's hold on him?

I won't try to change your opinion if you think it was same, but in my opinion it wasn't. There Hamza didn't sit 24 X 7 outside Hamna's door to torture her (Not defending his misdeeds or stalking). There both the female leads were strong enough to deal with something like Hamza, but here I see Hala as someone who is mentally unstable and 2 psychopaths have been given free road to make her more mentally unstable. She is running around inside her own home to avoid interaction with Khurram and Shahjahan.

In Ishqiya, after a point, Hamza had lost all interest in Hamna and he was totally distracted from revenge. Here it's not moving ahead a short term shitty relationship Hala had with Khurram. So no development in story has a huge role to play in MH to make it worse. And yes, Firoze and Hania had something called chemistry😆 I won't deny that.

Rafaqat also seems to be an absentee father to sufiyan and sadaf and it's obvious raeesa is the one raised them but we don't see those two hating on rafaqat like shehroze maiya hates on wahab. Atleast raeesa did one good job there. 😆

Hamna and hamza did have a 2 or 3 year relationship. Khurram and hala hardly met each other alone for like 2-3 times.
