I think he ran away due to trolling only. One time I also saw a fan asking both helly and nia fans to unite. Because at least nia had said she is in relationship but rrahul did not. So according to her, he is taking advantage of both fan groups and its high time to choose one and tell us who he really is dating.

I swear as much as i felt bad seeing that, I cant deny it felt hilarious to me.😅
