The channel and the production house have up to the minute information on the TRP for every episode, even every minute of every episode broadcast so know when a show is gaining momentum in terms of TRP. Maybe not only this week's but TRP for Imlie for next week might also have increased or at least held steady. Also the channel already knows the trp of the Imlie and YRKKH centric RWSP and if it was a hit they would then be aware of the love for both shows, especially Imlie.

Fahmaan is a real life Ghonchu🤣, pure Aru ka copy hai wo😆, first tagged the fan pg of Sumbul and added the right song with the pic, then when realised the blunder since twitter fd started having a meltdown🤣, deleted the post itself instead of editing it.

Then came a new post where the pic was better (hotter☺️) and the song had disappeared and now it was a collab post between his account and ST's account seemed like Sumbul had to take matters in her hand and save him from the backslash🤣

Okay here is the thing (my opinion). Imlie's decline in TRP came from shoddy writing and the effects of behind the scenes problems affecting onscreen. The makers were basically making do and dishing out episodes. Things seemed to have started settling for them, which means a concrete plan for a storyline now exists.

But the channel seemed to have dropped the ball on this show before that itself. They never posted the promo (T-party closure one) on YT or SM. It was aired on TV maybe thrice at best but became big because the online fd really loved it. This I think was because the channel was preoccupied promoting new show (BCHD) which was getting delayed because the two shows that they wanted a slot change for were not agreeing. And maybe much more that we don't know about.

Now, Imlie is a long running top 5 show, so seeing a drop in its TRP may have got the channel's attention. But set, clothes and everything is all PH's budget. So channel would have likely put pressure on PH to get their sh*t together and get TRP's up again. Hence PH has started spending on things fd has been complaining forever abt (eg rathore mansion set, sumbul's saree's etc)

RWSP is just icing on the cake. It is telling of Sumaan's popularity and could be a wake up call for the channel to stop treating the show like a step child.
