Someone was calling me out yesterday for sounding "misogynistic" but how is celebrating a woman for doing supposedly "everything" before 30 progressive in any way, shape or form?

I certainly don't think she has achieved "everything" .... there's still a long way to go. I mean, did anyone say the same thing when Kajol married Ajay and had a baby with him? Same same.

Completely going off topic here but for the longest time I used to compare Rekha to Portrait of Dorian Gray. The woman just didn’t seem to age at all. But the last several years her age is finally catching up with her so it doesn’t apply anymore. Unless Jaya Bachchan found the portrait and destroyed it 😆

You could have praised Alia without bringing down other actresses who also had to make their own choices in a cutthroat and misogynistic industry like Bollywood. The main winners in Bollywood are the actors who can choose to be married anytime they want or remain virgin like Bhai 😆.

Well true that nobody can take away her achievements from her...or it could also be interpreted other way round. She had to marry before 30 bcuz of the baby ...same goes for Ranbir..😆 She is indeed lucky to have worked in good movies with great directors right from the beginning of her career. Even if she takes a break for years to come, it's not like she had to prove herself or had anything left to achieve on work front.
