Ok, now if we want to go technical, let's try to crack this through:
1. So, we are saying, Anupama has legal right on the Shah house considering she is no longer the DIL and she is exercising her rights as the daughter of the house? Really?
Why did this point even come up I wonder.
Oh may be that is why Anuj ensured the house etc. was in Anupama's name so that no Barkha or he himself can exercise any rights, smart move, I must say 🤨🤔.
2. To say ALL the positive traits are Anupama's and any glitches are attributed to the makers/writers is being selective, isn't it? Good or bad should equally be attributed to the makers or the character (as the case may be). Since we are reviewing Anupama, the character and the contradictions in her characteristics, for ALL practical purposes, I will only be speaking about Anupama (which effectively is a review of the writing and makers and NOT individuals).
So, effectively, Anupama has forgotten the family she was born into. She did not bother that her mother (who gave birth to her) and her brother are also in no less difficulty and despite their humble state, welcomed her, offered her a home when she walked out of Shah house.
3. Who are these grown-up kids, children, who discuss their parents' life in public even if it is in front of chacha-chachi? None even stops them. Curious for gossip, eh?
This for ALL the sanskaar gyaan?! Oh why did Anupama not tell, "Beta mata-pita ki baatein aise sabke saamne nahin uchalte. Aur apni hi maa ko aise sunate nahin sabke samne".
Oh wait, she can't say the second half, thanks to her own.
4. Exaggeration is shown to put across a point, I agree but here, Exaggeration has crossed unimaginable grounds. She wants to interact with her grown-up kids, fair enough. Technology has brought people closer. Like people have mentioned, there are common places like Academy, public places, Anupama's house she can "catch up" with them.
When Anupama was out on Honeymoon and when Shahs were at their Nani's who took care of The household chores and Kinjal, one wonders.
