In childhood her relatives and neighbors treated her as bad omen because they said she is the reason of her mom's death.Because of that Ashok left his hometown Sangrur with mini and came to Patiala as he could not bear their words against mini.

She did not have to hear such words here but from sometimes she heard gossip aunts murmur that she was the cause of her mother's death.

Her eyes filled with tears as she remembered that the boy she had fallen in love with for the first time had heard the words of another and questioned her character and branded herself as a bad girl.

She could not control her sobbing when she remembered that the man who she had treated as her best friend since the age of four saw her as an enemy and his mind was full of hateness towards her and what he had said to Karan about her.

Now her beloved mamaji and mami's deed broke her heart.

"Mini beta, open the door.food is ready" Ashok said while knocking on the door. she wiped her eyes and looked at the clock.It was eight o'clock.

After saying "Ah pappa, I'll be come in five minutes" she went to the bathroom and washed her face.

Then she opened the door and went to the dining area. Ashok was sitting in front of the table. mini sat in a chair silently.

"Did you cry?" Ashok asked looking at mini who was serving food to the bowl.
