So Mahima said she too busy in hospital to attend Goenka Sawan Milne - why did she show up for the function then? Did Anand make her go?

Also poor Abhira fell off the jhula and everyone is like “nazar uthar gaya “ . Sounded whack to me because they had a jhula accident they could have been hurt. So how does that mishap count as “ nazar uthar jana “ or whatever the tall grandma said?

I didn’t quite understand.

I didn’t understand that as well but I guess they didn’t get hurt so it’s all good

Yeah anand told her to go n said it will be good for you n then said it is at akshara’s place n she is ours now so it doesn’t look good if we don’t go

as much as I know “nazar Utarna” means to ward off the evil eye..as in we do something from our side that looks bad so that it’s spoils the “perfect” scenario/situation and hence evil eye is no longer interested in you since you are not perfect. For example, putting a black dot on a child’s forehead in order to spoil the child’s perfect beauty. so in this case, Abhira are made for each other, “perfect” Jodi and since something bad already happened so now no evil eye will persue them. Atleast, that’s how I understood it.
