Technically, no hope.

Why ?

The movie has gone over budget already due to crappy VFX which Fashionista KJo thinks are of top class.

Ranbir has been out of movie circuit for so long, his acting in trailer clearly gives hint he has lost his mojo.

Alia seems to be just for flowerpot role.

"Ayaan" the director has no prior experience of making movies larger than life on big "Bahubaali" level scale. Its clearly evident in Trailer itself. He is not able to use resources to full potential, be it be Ranbir's acting potential (Compare trailer with Sanju trailer, you will understand it), be it VFX. The guy has no idea how to weave interesting larger than life story and use VFX to enhance it.

S.S. Rajmouli made Maghadheera way before Babhubaali.

Biggest culprit is story line. Its so confusing mixing present day normal rom-com story with some kind of mythology that never works. You are neither focusing upon YOUTH Sci-Fi fans nor middle age people after Mythology. ITs complete KHICHDI.

And don't get me started about KJo's reputation since Sushant & Nepotism case.

The movie might face similar fate as Bombay Velvet. As lot of people and stuff are similar to that movie.

The general public isn't talking about this movie. I don't even think they know this movie is coming. The trailer did not make an impact as it shouldve.

The only thing that would really give this movie a good opening is amazing music. If the music trends then it might get a decent opening. Otherwise it's gunna wash out.

Aloobir marriage didn't have the impact that other BW marriages have had. People stopped talking about them a week later. While other marriages were talked for months by the public. So the whole publicity has a couple thing will prolly fail too.

The only thing that will save this movie is music and a decent script.

will open well but dont see it sustaining
