Hello Guys, I know this is Season 06 forum and anything related to other seasons are off-topic here.
But still couldn't helped myself from posting this after re-watching N03 episodes recently! Well Naagin S03 received lots of love, fan following during it's original air-time back in 2018 and undoubtedly highest TRP season till now after S01.
There can't be any comparison between Naagin 03 and these new weird seasons but still, I have seen lots of comments past few months regarding best new Naagin and season.
Well I am amused, there were lots of Naagin franchise fans seemed to always criticized S03 storyline and actors during it's run-time. As they hated the fact Mouni wasn't part of that season and makers introduced new Naagins. They always tried to compare it with Naagin 01 in spite of both seasons were completely different and Naagin 03 was more modernized with fresh storyline. There were nothing common at all in-between two seasons, Naagin 01 was more like old school type but still lovable, short and best as it was fresh something new that time on TV although the story wasn't totally original.
Anyways, the most hilarious thing is Naagin fans who supposed to demoralized Naagin 03 and treated the series as bad season, they seems to enjoy, showering gold and loving the worst no head or tail seasons like 05 & 06, I mean seriously??? These two seasons are the completely the worst seasons of Naagin with too much of story changing and copy/paste things, there is really nothing to shower on these seasons unless your favorite actors included in it.
Did these fan even watched the season 03 properly, I wonder?? Or does they really knows anything about acting/screenplay and all or just like to support their favorite actors??? If you didn't watch Season 03 properly then watch it right now and then come to argue. S03 was so well build season with proper storyline and strong characters even Mahir had so much to do as a male lead. TRP were so good as the show was really good itself, makers did dragged the season a while after 60 episodes which made it ranked down else it had all the potentials to be the number one in franchise iif it was short like Season 01.
S03 was the biggest season of Naagin in terms of everything, acting, story, screenplay, scores, VFX, execution, TRP! And I am currently re-watching the season, everything seems to be on-point, was so well-balanced, execution was top-notched perfect! Surbhi Jyoti and Anita did the fabulous job as Naagins.The way Surbhi played Bela is commendable, her expressions were subtle and mesmerizingly good. No one played the Naagin character like the way she did. Both Surbhi & Anita screen presence was so impactful and such a treat to watch even now, Subhi Jyoti as Bela did stunning job, no doubt why Ekta Kapoor chose Surbhi Jyoti over Karishma Tanna as a lead after Mouni Roy and why it was the highest TRP season after season 01.
Haters always unnecessarily and actually it was easy to targeted (Bela) Surbhi as they couldn't digest she replaced the Maha Nagrani (Shivangi) Mouni and mostly to glorify their favorite ones.
It was completely a Blockbuster Season, Ekta, herself admitted it in one of her Naagin S06 interview how Naagin 03 picked up after struggling N02 which ended with 1.9TRP and N03 opened with 4.9TRP which is the highest opening TRP till now. Also praised Surbhi Jyoti and Anita!
Also the so-called fans supposed to find Naagrani Bela weak/stupid, criticized her lot but praises Pratha and Bani as strong Naagins hahahaha A Big LOL! Unfortunately the truth is,in Bela's comparison these both powerful Sharvashresth & Sheesh Naagins are the worst and weakest Naagin I have seen so far and their story my god.
Whereas Bela was most cunning, powerful, smart & fierce at the same time, Surbhi outsmarted or outshined Mouni several times, she was that good.
So the thing is what I wanted to say is Season 05 & 06 is nothing in-front of S03, your favorite actors even can't save these season from tagging bad on them. Also, TRP screaming it for long time now!! And if you didn't watch Naagin 03 properly then don't talk about it.
I respect your POV regarding N3 being the best Season but I still consider the First Season the best as per my Opinion.The way the storyline promos Screenplay VFX and Script Execution was done in the first season has been unparalleled and perhaps only N3 came close to toppling the same.N1 was the constant rating topper in terms of TRPs and the only Naagin Season to have done it so far bcoz back then the story was fresh and exciting carried on by the lead pair of Ritik and Shivanya.
Yes but I will admit that I liked Maahir more than Ritik.Compared to Ritik Maahir was more logical and even accepted Bela inspite of her Naagin identity unlike Ritik.Maahir was someone who stood with Bela as her equal companion and Bela could fight with dangers such as Sumitra and Tamsi due to the undying love Maahirji had for her
However I do beg to differ when it comes to the EQ and Intelligence part of Bela.Blame the CV's or call it the weak storytelling Bela was shown as a weak Naagin when compared to her adversaries such as Sumitra and Tamsi.She ultimately had to take the help of Shivangi to vanquish those demons.
Shivanya and Shivangi were far more astute and cunning in planning any sort of revenge against their enemies.
Bela did have her own shining moments such as when she was able to outsmart the duo of Vikrant and Vish later her allies or using the curse of Bel-Patra to outwit the Hypnotism of Shanawaz.Maahir loved Bela blindly and Bela saw that he would be willing to do anything for her which is why she and Maahir were even reborn as Shravli and Mihir perhaps.
Maahir was the perfect son in law for Bela's mom willingly listening to her voices in the dream so that she could have gain an entry into the Sehgal Household for helping Bela.He came back as Krish to help Bela when Bela thought she had lost the battle against Huzur and Hukum.Maahir as the Krish was a smart and suave Businessman but his false identity could not fool Bela who knew her Maahirji pretty well.
In short Maahir was the perfect husband/perfect Damaad and Perfect BIL for Bela's sister Juhi too.
As far as N5 is concerned there was something common between both the Naagins of N3 and N5-Both the actresses had identical names Surbhi with their Naagin names starting with letter B-Bela and Bani.Their mates were Traitors-Jay and Vikrant.
Bela's mate was a special human named Maahir but Bani's mate was her own mortal enemy-Veer.Veer was grey and not emotional like Maahir was still he loved his wife unconditionally to the point of being extreme.
When Bani entered his life with a motive of revenge with blind hatred in her heart she could not have imagined that her own mortal enemy would become her own greatest protector which would become the foundation for a beautiful love story.
Both the fans of N3 and NT have written multiple FF but the way Veer loved Bani no other ML had even loved their Naagin wives like that For Veer Bani was his whole world-inspite of being some superior Aadi Naagin Bani could never fight her battles single handedly unlike Bela.Veer was always the Knight in Shining Armour for her-whether it's the Shakoora Situation or the Markaat-Trap.
Bani was initially overwhelmed bcoz she did not expect neither dreamt of having any blissful marital life with Veer bcoz Jay was the one for her.Veer's obsession showing concern and giving her the equal status in their relationship changed her opinion which she herself expressed during her confrontation with Jay.
Veer was also the only ML who stood against his own mother and supported Bani all the way.Bani was never supposed to end up with Veer perhaps but fate intervened and changed the whole script.
In short Veer's extreme love compelled Bani to become his soulmate.
If the stupid Amnesia track was not introduced then N5 would have gone the N3 way.
Getting back to the present Season Rishabh the so called Army-Man has no redeeming qualities which anybody can think of.I liked the Prarish scenes but could never feel or understand the chemistry between the pair.
Inspite of getting every damn alert about the possible danger to his own nation he chose to focus on Pratha only and Pratha also coincidentally somehow fell in love with him-Ruhaani Pyaar 🤣 🤣.
Rishabh was shown as a Casanova guy one time flirting with Pratha and the other time he expresses his love for Reem.Why would anybody take Prarish seriously then?
Maahir or Ritik could also fight but Rishabh could not fight a bunch of goons sent by Seema-he needs the help of his wife Pratha and future wife Mahek(if at all Rishabh has a twin) to fight his own battles.
Why did Pratha trust Rishabh blindly or for that matter when did Rishabh realize that Pratha was the only one for him?
Shivangi pledged to give up her powers only when she would complete her revenge for her mate Rocky and now with Urvashi and the Chingistaan Demons being back again what made Pratha gave up her powers that easily though she might have regained her powers now.
I don't mind Rishabh being negative bcoz at least I see his character doing something worthwhile now-being shown as a Suave & Corrupt Businesman for Business Contracts but if at all he's not the real one then the Real Rishabh must have been kept locked up behind that room for 1 year where he would have been the one banging the doors.
Also the sudden Chat Mangni Pat Bhyah story of Rishabh and Mehak looks incredulous and unconvincing.
Pratha has used her head quite rightly against Seema but was shown gullible with regards to Mehak and Rishabh.Her revenge story looks weak even if she somehow gets reunited with the real Rishabh.
Rishabh never supported Pratha in any way-he always wanted evidences from her but never bothered to check out for any evidence against the Asuras.Pratha alone cannot be blamed for her present condition-Rishabh is responsible partly for her tragedy too She lost her only child-the symbol of Prarish.
This Grey Rishabh's SS should be increased and he should be shown as a sharp and ruthless Business Tycoon to serve as the compelling adversary against Pratha.He could be revealed as one of the Asuras along with Mehak
