Although I think the word started with Zubair. That whole maulana vs Nupur debate was piece of junk. Zubair edited the video and tagged each and every Arab uncles, saying that we need to punish this woman. (See the irony) All these countries started addressing Muslims in India as Indian Muslims.

The same Zubair who has his Twitter and Facebook page full of jokes about Hindu Gods and Goddesses. Someone filed the FIR against him and now he has deleted the Facebook page. He is feeling the heat now. If you can dish it, then you have to take it.

oh another thing. I find the extrapolations folks make really amusing. One joke that bombs earns someone the homophobic tag. An unpleasant exchange with someone who says she is tharki and is calling someone creepy and other bad names etc gets one the misogynist tag. Standing up for one's religious beliefs makes one a religious nut. Being accused shamelessly and falsely of something when the person knows better and has probably been told otherwise- just not classy!
