At Kapadia house Anupama and Anuj ask Mrs Mehta to apologise to Babuji , she was wrong insulting elderly person. Barkha and Ankush apologise to Babuji , finally Mrs Mehta reluctantly apologises .
Babuji forgives n moves on . Shah family have had enough of humiliation for the day n can take it no more , they decide to leave . They decline meal offered by MaAn .
Anupama is very upset n shares her hurt with Anuj, she was failure as Annapurna . Anuj apologises to her . Anupama is upset her cooking was wasted . She knew Shah family will have bread n milk before going to bed .
Anuoama insists she wanted both the families , why would she have to choose one family over the other ? Anuj assures he will buy another bungalow for Bhai bhaabhi .
Anuj refuses to allow Anupama to face any accusations of hurt or humiliation like she did last 26 yrs at Shah house . Anupama is happy to assure him she would not do it . She is happy to be with him. Anuj was concerned for Anu n Anu assures these were problems of joint family life .
Barkha and Ankush are pleased Anupama’s strange family departed . Adhik shares Ankush’s disappointment, Ankush argues with Barkha that Anupama’s family was hurt n so was Anu . Barkha would have got hurt if her family faced same situation . Barkha is hurt that she was estranged from her maika and that was not her fault completely . Ankush accuses Barkha if separating him from his parents and now asks her not to separate him from his bhai bhaabhi . Barkha feel hurt by his words .
Adhik tries to calm upset Barkha , she accuses Anupama to be stubborn n difficult to manage .
At Shaah house Baa offers bread n milk to the family n they regret missing out Anupama’s cooking, specially Pakhi .
Vanraj and Kavya discuss and she tries to calm Vee, he shares how he felt embarrassed on gifting Anuj their modest looking gift . Kavya assures Anuj would have loved their gift , he n Anu were not the type to see the price tag but value gifts for their feelings .
