Don't you think you should be more worried about the fact that millions are still waiting for delayed justice because they don't have SRK's resources?

NCB SIT announced that NSB Mumbai handled the case wrong. The discrepancies between Mumbai's findings and SIT's findings are pretty blatant. We'll know more when they complete their investigation of Wankhede.

Neither SRK nor Aryan should be above the law. But they're not below the law, either. A false imprisonment and delayed justice are as bad in their case as they are for other Indians.

So when Aryan finally got out after a month because his dad had resources, why are you getting peeved? Because acc to SIT, he deserved to be out. He didn't deserve to be in to begin with. The patriotic thing would be to get outraged not because of SRK's money which got Aryan justice, but that it took money to get justice, which should be a right. Justice should NOT be a privilege, celeb or not.

And the millions who won't have money won't get that justice. Get outraged about that.

Instead, you seem to want SRK's son to suffer the same injustice as others. Why? What did he do to them? Or to you? Equal application of injustice instead of equal application of justice. What sense does it make?

yeah we are outraged. Some of those poor cases should have been dealt with before AK.😛 Aside from that, maybe you should try being outraged by the corrupt collegium system the Vatican gandhis cooked up for seating judges over the past 70 years, and the total corruption we have in the IPS/ IAS cadre, the top echelons of which owe their jobs to the corrupt gandhis. Short of that, we have to wait until they retire before we can really do anything about it. Any chance you could be outraged, or do the speeches only go one way?😉

Excuse me HMR.. where does my post implies that I have issue with Aryan got released. I'm glad law took it course and Aryan is out on bail. Period.

However, if conspiracy of some people is to believed he would have been convicted and put in Jail. That's why those are only conspiracies and not reality.

On NCB, You may refer my thread and there I mentioned NCB officials will be reprimanded for their mistakes done at the time of raid and whatever faults they made on the way. NCB SIT exactly doing that, which again implies that it went all as per the law.

If we go as per the conspiracy theorists.. why would there be SIT set up by NCB, the same institution that intercepted Aryan. Why would they report discrepancies?

See if there was a conspiracy BJP is in power and could easily.. very easily shrugged off all of it.

Also, NCB admitted that Wankhede f**ked up. So, let's not keep beating a dead horse, shall we? Aryan was wrongly targeted as per the NCB itself.

people in their individual capacity might not like SRK. Does not mean BJP as a party wanted to do him in. That's the most cuckoo thing anyone can say,

also, yes, one team in NCB is now saying that a previous team facked up. Means as much as one court saying that a previous court facked up. Happens all the time. Nothing sinister there, which is what I have been saying. So how if you stop flogging that dead horse?😆

THIS post: In another universe people might be debating celebrity privilege for getting urgent hearings and sad state of Indian Judicial system where millions of people are suffering undertrials but some are stuck up on their agendas and conspiracies.

Justice is not a privilege even if the falsely accused is a celeb's son.

Exactly this......don't take out your frustration on SRK.....take ur frustration out on the corrupt system...Aryan shouldn't have been arrested in the first place...but you don't see the corruption and injustice in that....instead you want to divert attention to the millions who are in jail and waiting for justice.....whose fault is that?? SRK's or Aryan's or will we for once blame the corrupt officials, corrupt agencies and the corrupt Govt who is responsible for this.....how about the Govt stops using these agencies like puppets and using them to get back at their opponents...

I remember around 2005 a bunch of rich kids were arrested in delhi for suspected drug dealing/ use. These were scions of some very rich industrialists. They spent 8 months in jail before they were finally let out. AK spent just 22 days as you noted.

if any high-up politician wanted to, they could have gotten an officer to plant evidence on Aryan. It would have been the simplest thing for them.

in this case, the most straight-forward explanation is that different NCB teams saw the same evidence (whatever that was) and reached different conclusions. People/ teams do that all the time. That's how we have courts overturn decisions of other courts all the time.

as for the Siddhant vs AK comparison, the two NCB teams are different. One is from Bengaluru, other is from Mumbai. Again, different teams, different prosecutors, different decisions. Nothing sinister.

the SRK fans alleging foul-play really need to stop binging on the ACP Pradyuman CID shows. It does gadbad in the mind😆

This is the needle bursting bubble of all conspiracies. If they wanted they would have planted drugs on Aryan. Why would NCB accept from very first day that Aryan had no drugs..

hey, you got some great lines there. But they really mean zilch because we are stuck with a congress-gifted system where the rich can get/ buy justice but the poor cant. Don't be blaming the current GOI for that now because there's nothing we can do about it till the judges retire and new ones can be seated.... and they in turn can open it up to hiring thousands more judges instead of recruiting from the same 300 families of judges. By the way, any way we can have a good essay on the corruption and the incompetence in the system thanks to the congress? I promise to read all of it if you write on that topic.... even if it fills volumes.
