Episode 1 & 2 -

Mohit Mallik plays ACP Akash, cyber crime cell, mumbai. By nature he is a humourous and intelligent cop who dont want people to get troubled through cyber crimes whereas Sanaya Iranu plays Ananya who is a talented tech genius and hacker as well. Due to a cyber attack at cyber cell, commissioner Abhimanyu Roy hires Ananya and her crime in partner K who solves the malware and save the cyber cell computers from getting hacked totally. Akash doubts Ananya and her hacking abilities constantly as he fears she might hack people's bank account too and also he feels like he had seen her somewhere. Meanwhile, a case arrives of a bride Vaani who think her ex is blackmailing her with the sex tape. Abhimanyu orders Akash to take help of Ananya and K as they are tech genius. At first Ananya figures out that sex tape is uploaded by Vaani's IP address later when they arrest Vaani's ex he was found innocent and ultimately it is revealed who is the culprit which leaves everyone jaw dropped. Once the case is solved Abhimanyu officially declares team TRACE will now solve cyber crime cases and will help to make 15% crime solving rate to 100%.

Execution -

Mohit and Sanaya are giving theumir best, they are sharp, witty, exciting and fun as a duo, both share the great chemistry. The other 3 members are also very exciting. The show is fast paced and engaging, dialogue writing is very mature and cool. The whole show is set in an urban setup which gives very different vibes from the regular tv / web crime shows. Cinematography is also good and bgms are also done well. The show is humourous its not like too serious and dark there are certain scenes were they throw slight comedy. Characterization is done really well, an ACP who is humourous and a hacker who is reserved and shows her intelligence through skills, main leads are really cool. And lastly this is something different, it has tech language, modern day vibes, engagement and no unnecessary patriotic push like Rudrakaal and all.

Overall first two episodes were really good lets see how it goes for the full season. I will rate the first 2 episodes 8.8/10.

Most of us look for a different crime show but never get it so my personal recommendation to you all do give it a try. I am sure you will like it.

Agar ye Gul banaati to she would have made Mohit arrogant and MCP while Sanaya as a hacker would have had gavaar chameli type look who would do chattar pattar all the time😆.
