Multiple problems with fertility comment

How can the doctor make confident statement about Sai’s fertility not at the peak?

1. She is young but not preteen/ early teen.
2. She got pregnant within few days of consummation.
3. She just had miscarriage. They can’t test her harmonal levels to check her fertility.

Was it to cause ambiguity about where eggs are coming from?

In precap Pakhi says the Chirag is yours but I will claim it. May be Pakhi will say it’s hers & Virats baby. With Kawadi prediction baby will come to Sai. Aai will have to get it from Pakhi & secure it.

pakhi s words in precap suggest it’s Sai & Virats baby. & if it’s Pakhi’s child then that means Sai leaving. Don’t think that’s likely. Most likely the triangle continues. So now Pakhi obsessing over baby which is not hers.. But in her delusional like mind it is.
