Ek bahot apt laga jab last ke scene (Ahsan-Mehak) mein OST bajaya...coz Ahsan jo bhi bole, he became khudgharz. On the other hand agar Ahsan ke viewpoint se dekhe toh Mehak was the khudgharz, jo ek incident ke baad uski taraf dekhna bhi nahi chahti.

Haan Mehak ke viewpoint se toh dono ladke khudgharz hai na. Waise dekhe toh Shamsher ki puri family khugharz hai coz they want upper class society ki ladki.

Unless they end it with Mehak killing herself after Shamsher dies...or she dies out of the pain.

Mehak also said that she hasn't liked anyone ever a.k.a fallen in love.

My guess is if Shamsher dies and she's in love with him by then (which we are sure she will be), she won't be able to take it and might die soon after. Another possibility is she lives on with his memories and never remarries- irrespective of whether they have kids.
