Not sure how that will prove her innocence unless Arohi spills the beans it was her who told Akshu and put the file on the table. And the accident was due to the Birla family having a huge fight that basically caused her to be thrown out of the house and then she gets in an accident.

Then the sympathy wouldn't be real in my opinion. Just crying and guilt that they basically almost killed a person.

I agree. Akshu needs to speak up but considering she is only what 2 weeks bahu of the house she doesn't have any ability to say anything. And after this incident no one in that house will be willing to listen we have to have positive things happen in the house because of Akshu for her to call anyone out when something bad goes wrong.
