Rishita brought her farmhouse waala plan back😆 I still very much remember the scene 🤣

If you all remember Rishita explained her plan in the haveli when they got the papers transferred in the brothers name from Mota Kaka.

She now wants Dhara to sell only 4 acres and keep 1 acre for her farmhouse🤣

Gombi’s partiality and Rishita’s selfish attitude out in open again.

4 acre of all others sell for store, family needs.
1 acre gombi saves for Rishita - only Rishita not family- for HEr farmhouse.

Atleast give a dialogue saying family store & family farm house. Why gombi keeps going trembling over all others for Deshit and their every demand? Why never think of legally collecting damage fees from Jaanu?

Why fake bravado at land when he knows him & Dave can’t do shi#!
Does he not know he has go legal way for illegal encroachments? And leaving land like this, unattended, w/o board is open invitation to such encroachments?

And why instigate shiva and let him go alone?

Gautam agrees to Rishita's demands but Dev says not to give into her demands because rebuilding the store is more important as they need all the money than keeping an acre aside for Rishita's farmhouse

Like always Gombi takes Rishita's side and says he will agree to what Rishita asked because he cannot make Rishtia and her aanewaale baccha unhappy and angry.

Gombi says just like Rishita asked they will sell 4 acres of land and keep 1 acre for the farmhouse.

Rishita is happy to hear it and says. "Gombi you are the best" and hugs him.

Krish now comes to Rishita, 'Bhabi abb agar Gombi aapke saare baat maan rahe hai toh, poore ghar ko centralized AC karwane ke liye, dekh naa Bhabi kitna paseena aa raha hai aapko"

Didnt they something during haveli times that they have to sell that land and use it for expanding pandyastore in somnath..becz that land belonged to haveli owners and it must have been somewhere near there..maybe they sold it already and bought a new plot in somnath..

Why was Shiva's birthday not celebrated in the haveli last year, while Raavi's was celebrated? I wonder why

No, this is the same land one of their uncles gave the brothers. Later Shiva tried to mortgage his portion of the land for Mami's kangan which Rishita thought he was starting a business, Raavi Shiva Transport Company.

Today they even showed the FB of Suman talking about the land during the haveli track.
