The problem there would have been that then it would become legal bigamy. Because right now their marriage is only valid in their mind and heart, not in the eyes of law or society. As per Hindu laws, the marriage with Akriti is legal even without registration. So Technically, Anubhav is cheating on his legal wife but can't be arrested or taken to court (like Akriti threatens). Akriti can start a messy, ugly divorce case, but she can't sue him for bigamy.

But if AnuGun had registered their marriage, then bigamy lag jayega.

I don't think so Akriti would claim anything as such. Now that Anu is kidnapped she now understands that somewhere she is responsible for him leaving the hotel due to the mental trauma she subjected Anu to. Hence she won't create any nuisance publicly as such just save her face. She might keep shaming GG though in front of K's at the max.

Definitely she will do something against Gungun. Woh chup baitnewale nahi hai. I really don't think she cares for Anubhav after the seminar incident particularly.
