It was directed towards prythlyn mess only.as waise bhi yeh log karan ke mind mein doubt develop ho isliye aise indirect dialouges jinka meaning double ho skta hai likh rhe hai .as when karan will see the picture clicked by natasha then all these things will go in his mind like ko khoya hai ans all sab pake rhunga.

It means he will get whatever he lost in his buainss and all.
