In an event in Visakhapatnam today, Ranbir Kapoor, Ayan Mukerji, and S.S Rajamouli unveiled a video introducing the cast of the film in their avatars and announcing the release date of the trailer.
The video gave us glimpses of Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan and, Mouni Roy and it will surely grab your eyeballs. The teaser seems so intriguing that it makes you want moree.
While fans have been lauding the looks of other actors, Mouni Roy in specific was trolled mercilessly for her appearance in the film. She portrays the villain in the film, and her appearance is quite stunning. Nevertheless, netizens call have been calling her names and many of them think she looks like the Sasti (cheap) version of Scarlett Witch thus leading to being cruelly trolled. Netizens can't help but see similarities between her and the wicked Wanda.
Mouni Roy is one of the most well-known television actors, best known for her role in the daily soap Naagin. She has worked in Bollywood films, most notable one being alongside Akshay Kumar in Gold, and her admirers are eagerly anticipating her return in Brahmastra.
Talking about the event, Ranbir Kapoor and the makers had a candid chat with the fans and revealed many things about the film. Ranbir also highlighted about his character Shiva in the film. While Alia was not present at the event, she sent a recorded video which was played. She said that she is missing everyone, but is present there with them in Ranbir's heart.
Brahmastra which touts to be an adventure fantasy film will hit the big screens on 9th September 2022.
