Guys had an idea. Ishaan seems to be the root cause of all problems. What if Ishaan goes to meet Priya in jail and that’s when Nandu discovers about Ishaan being the culprit and convinces Priya to lie. Ishaan feels terribly guilty and unable to handle all this stress decides to end his life. But before dying drops a message to Ram and confesses the truth and also about Nandu’s blackmailing. Ram finally gets to know the truth before the leap but Priya is presumed dead in an accident. I know this is sadistic but honestly this show has gotten so worse at this point ki even I am left with crappy ideas 😛

Almost all shows I have seen separation prior to leap. Either male lead or female lead is presumed dead and female lead is left to care for the unborn child. Have also seen lots of separation where the female lead lies that her love was fake, she loved the guy for materialistic reasons or she cheated on him with another man or the male lead doubting female lead to have an affair and assume his baby belongs to the other guy but never one where the female lead lies about the child’s paternity. This is a first and it’s so twisted in many ways 🤢 No woman will willingly do this to her own child. She could have hidden the pregnancy news altogether. This is disgusting 🤮

That happened 💩😬

Despite promising myself otherwise, I ended up watching yesterday's episode..(Bad Habits 🤦🏽‍♀️) and it was hard to watch. I was so angry to see Shubham and Nandini plotting against RaYa. Hope Shubham never recovers from the guilt of being the reason for his own sister's death.

So far, Nandini has no conscience about using her own kids as pawns, she might turn this around and blame Priya or Ram for whatever she (and Shubham) did/plotted.

The messages that Shubham sent to Shivi are a proof on why Shivi behaved the way she did.. I am not excusing Ishaan's behaviour, but Shivi being an adult very well knew how to instigate Ishaan and get him to react (same goes for Shubham).. I won't continue to watch any negativity, but I hope Akki or Krish dig out who is the real culprit behind Shivi's death. For Priya, Ishaan committed the crime. But RaYa also deserve to know the truth of the Kapoors. 💔

He acts the opposite of mahaan. Frank, truthful, unapologetic but in reality he is a mahaan tv bahu! He is very much like Priya, straightforward was La flag udathe he in it a chupa rustom.

Ishaan is the evil child of evil papa and evil khandan. He had no remorse when shivi fell down the stairs. Itna kya ghamand hai iska. Baap criminal and spineless mother.

I like how ram riles up in front of Krish and want a hint that his doubt of Krish into priya turns out correct and Krish give no fck. Sadly in this faltooness he will be dragged in by pri.

I have this craving to watch S1 as they are copy pasting same with sasta drama. I kinda feel bad about nandu and subu- in their greed they lost shivi.

Sara as a mother was wrong to leave Varun raise Ishan. She should have brought him with her to Mumbai. She knew Varun has no ties with the baby. It’s one thing to feel gratitude for that man for accepting her and Ishan but another to let him have complete control over the child. Sara is equally to blame here. I can empathise with Ishan coz he grew up with the bitterness that his mother didn’t even want to bring him into this world and when he wanted answers to that Sara was away. Not by her own choice but she was away. S1 had drama and OTT tracks from whatever little I could gather seeing scenes here and there. First episode mein u see a mother (biological one) who ignores Priya and is invested in her younger daughter coz she is beautiful and has the opportunity to become a beauty queen. She is desperate to see Karthik get married to Nats coz she is rich without giving a shit about Priya who is much older than her son. Despite all these flaws she is better than MM and MS put together. So yay there! Nats unlike Shivi is more bratty and selfish. Shivi might be immature but she was heaps better than whatever I saw of Nats or Shreya from Baarish. But they killed her off. One thing I really liked about s2 was the fact that Ram was surrounded by a gang of lovely friends. True he had friends in the form of Neha and Vikram in s1 but it was just them but here he had a gang who were ready to take care of him like a family does when his own family didn give a damn about him. But makers didn do justice to this as well. His friends became a sidekick and not support system. Priya unlike in s1 was more fierce and emotionally independent but she became a rotdu. Priya made a mistake hiding her pregnancy in s1 lekin yahan pe she scarred Ram in a way he will never overcome till the the day he finds out the truth. But even if he does how will he bring himself to forgive her when she deprived him of the biggest joys in his life? S1 though it aired a decade ago was nothing like this crap.

S1 did 2 things very well:

1. Beautifully depicted the journey of two strangers in an arranged marriage falling in love.

2. Maintained a good balance of negative and positive characters and scenes..you would skip a couple of episodes here and there, but the drama never became 100% undiluted pure negativity and unwatchable like it has become in S2.

Nuts as a character has one of the best character growths in the show. She was bratty, rude, selfist etc. to start with, but also an independent working woman. By the time the show ended, she was by far one of my favorite characters in S1.

There was no real meat to Shivi's role here, she was just self centered and bratty at the start, but with a soft corner for her Ram Bhai. The audience have been robbed of what could have been a wonderful growing up process for Shivi under Pri's influence. She could have also become an independent business woman in the future.

With so many avenues to explore, what's served at the end of the day is concentrated crap that is far more regressive and toxic that what was shown 10 years back in S1.

True. I just compared the initial phase of Nuts and Shivi. Shivi’s character arc would have been wonderful had they not bumped her off so soon. She was shown to be bratty but with a brat with a good heart. They could have shown Shivi turning into a mature woman and a strong support system to RaYa. They could have showed her journey but what’s the point of discussing this? She is not coming back 😭
