Absolutely. I agree!
In this track, we get to see that Abhi allows his anger to get the better of him. But he rethinks when he cools down. Akshu will be shown patient, smart, over Arohi and completely in love with her husband.
I think each track is treated as a stand alone story and even though they reuse the characters they change the characteristics to suit the story they want to tell in the track.

I didn't think Akshu called Abhi so he would come to the hospital. I know she was calling to let him know about the patient that needed help. Abhi definitely jumped the gun by getting upset and running to the hospital to call those people out. In his anger he did something that put Akshu in a bad position. If he wanted to find out about the hospital and how it works and get them on notice he could have done it in another way without making a scene. Which I think is the point of Akshu's conversation with Abhi. There are times in which anger and being out in the open is an appropriate response and there are times you have to be more professional and treat things with sensitivity.
