Yes, I’m titled the “Cranky Kangaroo” because I get angry very quickly.

Sry for out of topic can some one tell how to stop being emotional. I'm emotional person..I get tears easily (I absolutely hate it) I don't want to look as weak person but I don't know y tears start in my eyes if some one raise a voice little bit

Yes very. The person that makes me the most angry is me myself, because I can't express and tell people off when I'm angry. So then I just bottle up and fester inside.

I'm nuclear bomb waiting to implode.

Since my anger doesn't get an outlet, it comes out in the form of tears when I'm angry. And I really crush people in my mind when then they say, "Isme rone ki kya baat hai." Like fukk off, I'm not crying because I'm emotional, I'm crying because I'm angry.

This is my problem as well. When I get really angry, I cry out of frustration. Though I do have an outlet (i.e. shouting/fighting) but so help me God if someone asks me if I’m okay or wants me to explain what happened, I start crying. Sometimes even mid-fight, I’m crying. Totally ruins it because I end up looking weak. 😒
