I think Neil will marry aarohi to get Harsh's acceptance and love after finding harsh is his real dad. He would want to make harsh happy and so he would marry aarohi. Aarohi is going to stoop more low but i don't see all this coming out in open as then nobody would want aarohi to become a bahu if she insults abhi. I think akshara will be somehow blamed for letting this truth out.

I still don't get this adoption thing.
Trying to show that Abhi is adopted and Neil isn't it doesn't make sense timeline wise.Abhi is much older than Neil so any baby exchange is out of the window.
Also, unfortunately Abhi resembles HB so much in looks and actions. Before I used to think that Abhi is HB's first wife's son who died so he had to marry Manjari.
But after today's episode maybe Manjari's real baby died. She found out Abhi is HB's illegitimate son (the other woman in the picture), adopted him and passed him off as her son.
In all this khichdi I don't know how Neil figures in. He is much younger than Abhi so even if he is HB and Manjari's son won't the whole family know about that pregnancy and baby. Why would Manjari hide Neil from Birla's if he was her baby and then bring him back years later?
Are both Abhimanyu and Neil adopted by Manju. Abhimanyu secretly and Neil out in the open? Like what is happening?
I am also leaning towards Neil being Anand's illegitimate son because frankly Harsh and Abhimanyu's physical resemblance is too hard to overlook. I am not talking about action resemblance because those can be imbibed by watching parents.
But Anand (the unassuming one) having an illegitimate kid would turn out to be the same plot as KHKT (which surprisingly had the same actor as surgeon father and Kashish Ray "old Anisha" as the illegitimate daughter)
