I am not sure dear. But you can enter either username or email. So did you try logging in with your username? There is a forgot password option too that you can try. Check your email account spam/junk folders for any mails when trying forgot password.

When I enter my username, it also asks for the password, after I said I forgot it, it asks for an e-mail. But I don't remember it either. I think I registered with facebook, not e-mail. Again, thanks for your help dear.

If you remember the email address .. it’s straight forward… just click forgot password… if you don’t remember which email Id you used to sign up .. that could be a problem… you can try posting in forum help channel…. may be anyone of their team can help you out…

I think I signed up with facebook. I have reported the problem to the help center. no response yet dear. Thanks anyway I wait for a reply.

then do one thing… go to incognito mode and try logging in using facebook…, then update your settings… email and everything…,
