Azlan comes from office, just enters the lounge and Azka goes to take his blazer.

She takes it but he holds her immediately. Azka tries to say something ..sune..nhi ...rukiye…aap..but he does not listen and tries to kiss her…He was about to touch her lips…Azka immediately put her hand on his cheek and turns it to the left…

There he sees his mom, Azka’s mom and Bhabhi is sitting in the lounge…Bhabhi is looking at them in awe. His mom is smiling at them…Azka’s mom is looking here and there to avoid the embarrassment.

Surprised he looks back at Azka…

Azka: Jiii…Ab aap chhodenge mujhe..

Azlan: Hmm…later then…

He leaves her and goes on to greet them. Azka was walking behind him with rosy cheeks. Bhabhi feels happy to see them so in love.

Azlan keeps on talking to all of them and Azka keeps on staring at Azlan who was behaving like nothing unusual happened…Then he looks at her and winks...She smiles feeling elated...

She leaves for kitchen to bring some refreshments smiling at what just happened and how things are getting better for them.

He is talking about all duties in that conversation. Remember this conversation happens right after mom says take good care of Azka and give me grandchildren which Azlaan smiles at and implicitly accepts. He is telling Azka, she will be acknowledged and respected as his wife, they will pray together, eat together, make decisions together, consummate and have children as well. These are conventional needs/wants. He just thinks he can’t love her, flirt with her, play with her, have mundane conversations with her like he did with Shanaya. Right now he thinks Azka can be a solid life partner just not his soulmate if that makes sense.

(Never mind that the next day he flirts with her in the kitchen by saying naraaz ho mujh se with that little smile)
