One msg to the makers after watching today's epi,don't dare give a redemption track for Narmada..Its better to kill the character ..

Gosh today she crossed all limits of negativity towards imlie.

One thing though good to see imlie put her foot down against that Baba crap but sadly she is put at a crossroad by narmada to choose between her ideology or Aryan.

A good social message by the creatives showing such crap do happens in our society to women who can't give a heir to the family..

That's how these kind of fake baba's make their appearances and empty the family bank balance or even sell properties for superstition.

To say medical science have so many solutions now for women who can't conceive or there are adoption..

Last I knew Aryan is a good observer and when it comes to imlie his brain works in fast forward mode.

Imlie is being treated this way is bad, and what is worse is that Imlie is not putting her foot down, and stopping this nonsense.. I believe she should... I know Aryan would step in at the right time and sunaofy everyone involved left right, and center, while I would love that, but how I wish Imlie took a stand for herself.

Aryan Singh Rathore is keeping me going.. I hope Aryan blatantly makes it clear to Imlie that he is disappointed in her, as she did not fight back!!

Every episode is not the greatest and this is definitely one of those. I see what the writers are trying to do by showing the pitfalls that people go through in trying to “magically fix themselves” in order to have children.

Growing up in America, with access to the best healthcare and a background in science, I am still forced to listen to my mom follow “natural”, “herbal”, “some baba in India said this works” remedies.

I said it before and I’ll say it again, this show’s target audience is not just the lovelorn, Arylie fandom. Think back to the PD track and the panna pari episodes. It was about social change and how people should have access to clean toilets and hygiene. That was aimed at making social changes and this doesn’t seem any different. I am not defending the writers at all, there could have been better ways to show this. But you have to remember, there are women out there everyday who will eat, drink, pray, or do anything they can to bow down in order to pass on a bloodline.

Narmada is irredeemable in my eyes. Imlie will forgive her because she is Aryan’s mom and that makes her family, regardless of how she treats Imlie. Unfortunate, but true. The road to redemption is also a journey and I hope one day soon, Narmada gets a taste of her own medicine.

The KING is back with a bang and I can’t wait to see how he decimates all of them. As long as they don’t touch his gemlike qualities, I’ll keep coming back.

I get what you are trying to say. First showing an issue and then how its dealt with in show. In pannapari episode, Imlie drew attention to problem and Aryan gave money to build toilets. What was progressive about that??

Born and raised in India, we have much better progressive thinking overall. I have seen our helps change their own and their kids lives for better and honestly they make me so proud. Also sorry but I dont agree with your comparison or example, using herbal or ayurvedic product doesnt compare to shit thats being shown. I am an MD but I use natural ingredients for face. I prefer ginger tea over cough medicines or fennel water for bloating. I always think scientifically, but I am not biased and ready to accept what is good and its true that naturopathy/ayurvedic is sometimes better than chemical drugs that have side effects. But ofcourse I do my own research before blindly following anything. Education makes us think, make us question what is right and wrong. Thats the difference in getting education or degree and being educated.

And Progression is not by wearing stylish clothes or speaking english but having a progressive thinking.

Human mind tends to accept anything if its repeatedly told to us or if we see them as readily being tolerated by our near ones or by society. Thats why a son of abusive father can turn abusive or daughter of a victim can have have low confidence.

A common example is if your friends repeatedly tease you with a guy, you start thinking about that person more and start falling even without realizing.

There is difference btwn respecting elders or allowing others to walk all over you. As women from todays society its totally up to us what we are ok with and when we put our foot down.
