He hadn't taken a towel when he went to bath and hadn't even kept his clothes ready.. how was he supposed to come out of the bathroom?

Has this guy forgotten he isn't single anymore OR was this is plan to pretend he forgot and come out like that in front of Anu? If it's the second one.. it also explains why he refused Anu to set out towel and clothes for him
