The home test they did was false positive. She was never pregnant.

And she's not infertile either, Jyoti paid doc to lie about this and plans to give imlie contraception as to not blow her cover.

if it was a false positive, that means Aryan / Imlie still did think they are pregnant though. So the deed was done and they conceived all within a day or two? How’s that possible?
