I was worried about your thoughts about the hospital's stature, facilities, and chaos (that is characteristic of the first two points) but you thought nothing of the sort. Also, the way Neil was looking at Aarohi was cute, but like Abhira, it irks me how we don't have a solid understanding of where this adoration comes from. At least with Abhira, I could wrap my head around Abhi's intensity of love-at-first sight by saying is that her voice connected to his soul and brought him closer. What he saw after that just increased his appreciation for Akshu and the chemistry they shared was the cherry on top. Neil gravitates towards Aarohi but why? What has she done that pulls him toward her despite all she's done?

Abhiras relationship is so balanced right now that I can't even imagine these two getting seperated 😀😀

Yes loved today’s episode.. Earlier I was fed up with Abhira, but now I’m loving the married Abhira. They are now behaving more matured and have a deep level of understanding about each other. As expected, Abhimanyu is only worried about the working environment in such hospitals, and how the doctors and the staff show their attitude towards the patients which is absolutely true.
