Spoiler says a lady saved Tejo from fire. Obviously that lady is Tanya. May be Tanya did a jail break and ran away ending up hiding in that warehouse . Then it was set on fire . She must have seen Tejo inside and saved her. Since she herself saw nobody tried saving her and then from phone recording she must have deducted that family wanted her dead and so did Fateh.
