Part 7:

“What do you guys wanna have?” Saniya said immediately as everyone settled down.

After much discussion, food was ordered and Kirti immediately asked Chavi,

“Tell us something more about your brother?”

Gungun avoiding Anubhav was focused on food and also looked at Kirti as it was more sane option. Anubhav looked at Kirti, slightly irritated by the question but avoided saying anything in front of other people.

“Anu bhaiya is a perfect son to the family, He is a great scientist. Now let’s see, If he can be a perfect husband?” Chavi said rolling her eyes on Anubhav.

Gungun looked at Chavi at her statement and everyone else just stared at Anubhav to know if he is really married.

“Husband?” Kuhu and Kirti exclaimed, not knowing how to react.

“Are you married sir?” Everyone waited for Anubhav to respond when Chavi interrupted

“No, he is not married, but his marriage is fixed. My would-be Bhabhi and Anu Bhai love each other deeply” Chavi said casually, sipping her mocktail.

Gungun coughed at this statement and couldn’t believe what she was hearing!

Anubhav till this point was irked but as soon as he heard Chavi claiming Anu loving his would-be wife and Gungun exasperated reaction, made the whole situation amusing.

Gungun, staring at Chavi in disbelief, while Chavi was just smiling and avoiding Gungun’s eyes.

“Sir, really? Wow, we thought you were single.” Kuhu said with a faint smile.

“He is single.” Gungun said cutting through the conversation.

Big mistake. Now, everyone was looking at her trying to figure out what Gungun was trying to say and how does she know these things.

“How do you know?” Kirti asked, Chavi controlling her laughter by seeing Gungun’s state and even Anubhav was enjoying himself.

“Ya, how do you know?” Anubhav said, knowing very well that Gungun will have nothing to say

“I – I know, I mean, I think he doesn’t have any girlfriend. I mean who will marry a nerdy scientist. He doesn’t even smile.” Gungun said, now defending herself.

“What are you saying? Behave. He is our guest speaker.” Saniya, suddenly whispered to gungun

Gungun now avoiding Anubhav’s eyes was trying to think how to deflect the whole conversation.

“I might be nerdy, but I think some people come close even after knowing that. I mean emotional connection” Anubhav said eyeing Gungun with a smirk dancing on his lips.

Emotional connection? Ya, right! He is talking about the kiss. Gosh, why is she getting involved in this conversation? She better just eat and leave from here.

“Arrange or Love marriage?” Kirti asked

“Arranged.” Anubhav said.

“Ah, I think that’s the reason you don’t smile often and don’t look like a person who is getting married.” Kirti taunted.

Gungun, very aggravated by Kirti’s words, now was looking at her mocktail glass, afraid that she might say something back to Kirti and make a fool of herself

Anubhav didn’t like what Kirti said. Chavi protested, “That’s not true at all”

“Arrange or whatever, I’m gonna marry Riddhima only” Anubhav said firmly.

“Ok, Ok. Now let’s not make Anubhav sir more uncomfortable.” Kuhu said, trying to cool down an already heated up situation.

“Tomorrow is our last day here in Nainital. Let’s spend it together. By tomorrow more of our friends will be here. Ronnie and everyone. We can have so much fun.” Saniya said excitedly to explore and enjoy the last day to the fullest.

Anubhav, smirk gone, with fuming eyes, hearing Ronnie’s name eyed Gungun trying hard to cool down, so he doesn’t make any scene.

“Ronnie? Who called him?” Gungun shocked by the new piece of information looked at Saniya. She suddenly realized that Ronnie knows Anubhav and if he comes tomorrow and saw Anubhav than the whole thing will be out.

“I called him. You looked so down in this trip, I thought, calling him here will be a good idea.” Saniya said, now regretting saying anything as she saw Gungun glaring her down.

Gungun then saw Anubhav and seeing him she was sure of one thing, that whatever happens she can’t let Anubhav and Ronnie come face to face.

Part 6:

Anubhav could feel the jealousy, irritation and anger in Gungun’s words and body language. Anubhav was irked because of Gungun’s accusations, and I don’t care attitude, he at the same moment was delighted at the thought that Gungun is this badly affected by another girl in Anubhav’s life.

Gungun gripped Anubhav’s shirt, staring at each other’s eyes, they both were silent. Gungun tiptoed and Anubhav also leaned as they crashed their lips together. Everything just stopped around them.

Gungun can feel his hand behind her back and another at her neck supporting her. Anubhav pulled Gungun in his arms and took her lips between his, the kiss was slow, sweet, and magical. Time froze for both. They didn’t move.

While Gungun was lost in the heat of the kiss, Anubhav suddenly realized that he wa not sure if he should take a step further and deepen the kiss, but Gungun’s response gave Anubhav the courage to do exactly that.

Anubhav deepens the kiss, they both didn’t realize but they were still on lips, enjoying the feeling, the softness, and taste of each other. They both crashed on the sofa and now Gungun was sitting on Anubhv’s lap. The kiss stopped due to the sudden impact, and they came back to their senses.

Gungun still on Anubhav’s lap but they were not seeing at each other, gasping for breath both Anubhav and Gungun were all red and flushed out. Gungun suddenly moved and stood up; she made her way to the bathroom.

Anubhav was glad that Gungun was not there to see him all flushed. This girl makes havoc on his senses, she touches Anubhav’s soul and something so primitive that Anubhav has never felt before with any other girl.

Gungun splashed some cold water on her face; It was her first kiss, her hands are still shaking, she could still feel her ears burning and face hot. What is she going to do now? She can’t go like this out, in front of Anubhav. What will he think?

Gungun finally gathered courage and came out of the bathroom; she will have to face him. She can’t stay in hiding forever.

Anubhav, npw making coffee, looked at Gungun as she came out.

“Sit, let’s have coffee”

“No, I’m fine. I need to go out. I have plans with my friends.” Gungun can’t stay here, what will she say, she needs time to think, to gather her thoughts.

And saying this, Gungun was out of his room, before Anubhav could oppose and react. She hurriedly was on her way to room when Kirti stopped her on the path.

“Hey, slowly. You will fall. Where are you going in such a hurry?” Kirti asked Gungun

“No, I’m fine. I’m just going back to my room. I’m late, we all had plans to go out” Gungun said trying to rush back so that she can control her heart which was beating very fast.

“Oh ok, just be careful” Kirti said, moving out of Gungun’s way. She anyways must go to Anubhav’s room and call him, it’s been so long, and he hasn’t come to reception. She can’t let this opportunity to spend the time with Anubhav go that easy.

It’s only been few hours, and Anubhav just can’t wait to see Gungun once again. He avoided going out with Kirti, but now, he needs to be here at this restaurant where everyone gathers for lunch and dinner. Gungun will definitely be here with her friends.

He took a seat next to the table where Gungun and her friends sat last night, if he is lucky, Gungun might again sit at this table and then he can have a chat with her. Kirti came and sat beside Anubhav, with all smiles and loud voice.

“What will you have?” Kirti asked.

Before Anubhav could reply, Gungun and her two friends entered the restaurant. Gungun in Pink dress, looking very elegant and graceful. As they pulled chair at the next table, Kuhu asked looking at Kirti,

“Ma’am would you and Sir like to join us?”

“Ah, no. Its fine” Kirti replied, hesitating to join the students. She wanted to spend some alone time with Anubhav, but she was not getting that. She thought even if he has girlfriend, she will try to make Anubhav see that Kirti is better, but he is simply not interested.

Chavi entered and while sitting next to Gungun suddenly said,

“Bhaiya, you should come and join us”, everyone around them started looking at Chavi and Anubhav. They didn’t know that they were cousins. Anubhav now confused, looked at Chavi trying to figure out what is she doing? Before she was hesitant to tell anyone that they are cousins but now she is literally announcing everyone that they are family.

“You, you guys are siblings?” Kirti asked curiously

“Yes, we are” Chavi replied before Anubhav could say anything.

Gungun wanted to see what these sibling duos were doing but she just can’t make herself to look towards Anubhav, who she kissed a few hours ago; And Chavi, who she is not talking to since the train incident.

“Really, Sir we should sit with them, it will be fun knowing about you from your sister” Kirti stood up, making Anubhav also stand and sit on the seats opposite to Gungun and Chavi.

Gungun and Anubhav were now sitting opposite to each other.

“Oh GOD, this is going to be awkward” Gungun sighed.

OMG!! How did I miss reading this chapter? It's beautiful.

I really hope Kriti doesn't become like a typical villain in AnuGun's life.
