I always thought they had chemistry because the show build their characters up well before presently any of those typical trip and fall eyelock scenes till now. So I did assume their romantic chemistry will be good too. They bounce of each other so well too.

I have just bingewatched from the start till the Bhura kidnapped wedding situation and Sid finally saves her and are on the run. So I’m like at the moment 8 episodes behind or so

He fall in love with her In jungle seq basically. Those close seq were something which ignited the fire between them

I do agree that the shaadi/jungle sequence we finally saw them being in close quarters and those eyelocks and trip and catch falls which were done well. And as you say ignited alittle something. Mithai was aware of his closeness as they were hiding (a girl would imo)

I think there was a scene when he was pushing her closer, she was feeling awkward and she realises that something is different in him today.
